    This is the 2nd time we've hired Steve from 'All Electrical Solutions' to take care of some electrical fix-ups that were needed in our home. First time, he installed two new air vent fans in two bathrooms. And the second visit, he installed a new light fixture, repaired a recessed electrical plug and tested a long dormant electrical box that we wanted to use but weren't sure was safe or 'live'. Each and every visit, Steve offered clear, concise communication prior to arriving, explained exactly what he was doing during his time on-site and even in his follow-up messages to make sure everything was working to our satisfaction after his visit. His work is excellent, he's clean-cut & friendly and his prices are super fair! Steve and All Electrical are our go-to for anything electrical and HIGHLY recommended in our book!!!

    I was in the dark and powerless... We had lost power in our back office(in a private home circa 50's) and after reading the reviews on Yelp, I called and explained my problem to Steve. Steve told me how much it would cost to come and look at the problem. He gave me a day in the same week and sent out Robert to take a look at things. Steve gave me a time frame, and then on the day of the appointment, he said he could be there sooner, I said by all means! Robert came out, I showed him the problem. He did some trouble shooting(he showed me a sub panel that I didn't know I had!!) and told me what my options were. As we were talking, a bunch of bees started to swarm in the back yard. I told Robert, that he was more than welcome to come back later when the bees were gone, but he powered(yes a bad pun) on. Robert fixed the problem, made some suggestions for work that could be done. I was so happy with the work, that I went and told my next door neighbor how happy I was with the work! And... I now have electrician to call and recommend when needed! Thank you Robert and Steve!

Huge crowds, have to pay for parking, and even if you walk farther away, it's a risk to get towed and there's metered parking too that hit a 2 hour maximum, at least the last time I went there. Aside from accidentally wandering in here or being here for a specific event (seeing Yoshiki over a decade ago or the 20th anniversary Rilakkuma pop up, which was absolutely fisted with people), I've only wandered here on accident when hanging out with friends elsewhere. There's a good number of shops and eateries though, especially since it sort of shares the space/is right next to the Farmer's Market (great open area to go shop and to go dine). Large overlap of the same shops and eateries as the Americana, but there's things there that we don't have in Glendale. Lot of higher end businesses. Big fan of the La La Land Kind Cafe and what they do, their drinks, and their aesthetic. It's not a bad outdoors mall, considering how "fancy" it is, the fact that it's outside in the California sunshine, and the fountain with the Bellagio style musical water shows, but just know that the parking can get hideous.

    If you're considering using Beecharged EV to get some charge on your car, don't. Just get a tow. A…read moreminute-by-minute recounting of my awful experience is below. I reached out to them at 9:17am. A few minutes later, I received an admittedly pleasant call from someone on their team based in California. We then proceeded to text from there, at which point I gave him my address and paid $130 to begin the service. At 10:41am, I asked for an update. At 12:57pm, I received a response asking if they could come sometime after 4pm. I agreed, and he said he would have an exact ETA for me soon. At 5:06pm, I asked for an update -- I got no response. At 6:57pm, I asked for another update. The exact response I got was: "im sorry lets please do tomorrow." I was annoyed, but I also understood that bad weather had hit my city that day, so slowdowns might be expected. I immediately responded and told them we need to schedule an exact window for my services to begin the next day. No response. At 8:11pm, he ignored my previous text and instead informed me that a driver could show up in "in 30 min." Given that I was told over an hour ago that they could not show up until tomorrow (to say nothing of the fact that 1) I didn't believe him, given our previous interactions, and 2) it would be almost 9pm by the time someone would allegedly show up), I told him that would not work for me, and that we needed to determine a window for service the next day. I offered any time between 8:30am - 11:30am. The only response I received to that text was "Ohhhh" So then I followed up again: "When in that window works?" The response I received was "Let me ask you do you need your 12v replaced?" No. I do not. At no point in our 12-hour call/text string did I ever say I needed my 12V replaced. I explained that, and this individual simply gave the message a thumbs-up in response, and continued refusing to commit to a service window. The next day, I reached out at 8:30am, asking where they were. No response. At 10:10am (more than 24 hours after this whole process began), I informed them that I would be cancelling my service and expecting a refund. Given that I was now fully convinced they were trying to scam me, I told them I needed proof of a refund initiation within the next 2 hours, otherwise I would file a chargeback as well as lodge a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I received my refund at 10:37am. The representative, when showing me proof of the refund, told me that they "had a driver that was gearing up to get ready, but there you go." Had there been clearer lines of communication, plans that didn't change, and commitments provided, I could have looked past almost all of the above. But the lack of responses/responses that didn't actually reply to the questions I asked, combined with an ever-shifting window for service that ultimately culminated in an over 24-hour-long wait for nothing, was just too ridiculous.

You could spend the entire day here with an array of shops (some of them experiential), restaurants and even a movie theater. The center is well maintained and curated with purpose. The stores are hopping and no doubt these are some important doors representing a slice of global retail brought to you in a beautiful, modern environment. The hybrid indoor/ outdoor feel is very chic and the landscaping and surrounding architecture is atmospheric. It is no wonder that on any given day you will find influencers filming to document their latest finds. There are both luxury as well as mass market retailers and everything in between. While many of the top tier luxury will be found in Beverly Hills, there are still plenty of high end stores. There is also a great assortment of affordable brands too as well as some surprises like The Container Store and a Tesla Gallery. The food assortment here is astounding! Whether you choose a sit-down restaurant or a food court pick, you will have an incredible array of options to choose from. The restroom facilities are also great. They are climate controlled and clean. Love the walls that completely partition the stalls from one another and give you a sense of privacy. The only things I found off-putting about Westfield Century City was the obnoxiously expensive parking and the hopelessly dull pop music that was being piped in throughout the center. It really diminished the ambiance. It's too loud and was very distracting. I don't mind music in public places, but if you are able to lure respectable brands like this center does, please have some finesse and taste about what you play. I feel like the music would have been the same if I had gone to a kids trampoline park. Overall, great shopping center, but the exorbitant parking fees and teenie bopper music selection are detractors.
