I didn't see the email until 10, but he still came within an hour, around 11, and was done by 11:40. Dylan was fast and efficient and friendly, cleared exactly the areas that we needed cleared, and charged a very reasonable price, including giving us a seniors discount! I highly recommend Dylan and Wild Yard Landscaping for snow removal, especially for seniors. We intend to get a quote later this year, after the snow is gone, for other landscaping work that we want done.

First impression: Scott struck as a very professional and very eager to serve kind of person. After checking out many others, I have finally decided to go with Scott and RMK for my yard and landscaping work. Interpersonal approach and communication: Scott is very detailed and clear in communication and all through the process, as I had many updates and changes to my plan, worked with me to see through the completion. He was never pushy and salesman type and always honest, when he don't know the answer. About the actual work: Scott was punctual and stayed on schedule and was never in a hurry to finish the work in haste. I found him very thorough and felt like he was working on his own yard. Very rarely you will come across companies which offer such home services, where you get a trust-worthy feeling. RMK also does yearly yard cleanup and snow removal and I liked their website which had good pictures (before and after) and testimonials. There was less professionalism on the site and more functional aspects. He normally doesn't answer phones while working, but found him returning my calls or responding through email at the end of the day. After the work is done, Scott ensured that the work area is cleaned up and bagged all waste and garbage properly. I was very happy to have found Scott and RMK and know that any yard/landscaping work in future, I can call him. Scott provided a full invoice on the quote after all the work is completed and after checking if I was fully satisfied. I had to pay RMK by cheque as they are not setup to accept credit card. They are BBB 'A' accredited - which is one thing I definitely look for when using professional services.
