I reached out to Jeff through FB page recommendations and he told me he would come and take a look Sunday morning at 9am. His team arrived on time and were able to fix the AC in an hour or so. He was excellent and explained everything in detail as to what the issue was and what he was doing to fix it. He is very honest which I really appreciate. Few hours later, the AC is working perfectly fine and he was able to provide a quote for my AC replacement which is more affordable compared to what the other business company recommended. Will be calling Jeff and his company for AC replacement in future and any future need! Highly highly recommend this business.

I gave Racine a call, he fixed the water pressure problem in the shower; since then he has done electrical work for me and other plumbing projects. I have referred him to my family and friends who are also very happy with his work. Racine has over 20 years experience as an electrician, plumber, painter, etc. When I need work done on my condo I always call on Racine, he takes pride in his work, charges the price he quoted, always arrives when he says, and is very professional. I feel lucky to have met him when I first bought my condo instead of going through the process of finding the right general contractor. This is a new construction unit 1 year old that has had back to back renters over the past year. Mr. Burris came out and was unable to unclog the toilet with his rod. He then told the guest that it is not their fault. "Its a cheap toilet". Can you imagine a plumber saying that to a guest when he was not even able to clear the clog - and has NO IDEA what they may have put down the toilet?? The toilet never had any issues. Very unprofessional. Please save yourself the time, aggravation, inefficiency, and avoid these people. Luckily, because of the other reviews I saw about Mr. Burris I had a large plumbing company scheduled as a back up. He walked away with his rod. There will not be any more calls to this company for anything from me.

Our 94 year mom found herself without heat on one of the coldest days of this winter. She called Custom Seasons and Chris was out within the hour. It was discovered that her 30 year old furnace might be fixable but questions were raised if that was the wise choice. Chris asked that mom talk it over with family and then took a call from a family member to answer questions and discuss options. No hard sell; just straight answers that allowed us to make our own decision. After we decided to replace the furnace Custom Seasons had it ordered , delivered, installed, and working 24 hours after the initial visit. Needless to say our mom is warm and relieved, and we are all very happy with the experience. We could go on and on about the professional manner Brian had as he removed the old furnace and installed the new one. Tarps laid on all carpets and floors, took away all old materials, and broom swept the area leaving it like he was never there; with the exception that now the house was warm. Chris arrived to walk us through the product warranty and registration .He waited for the furnace to cycle through to ensure all was working, and left encouraging mom to call immediately if there were questions or concerns. If you find yourself facing an HVAC problem we could not encourage you more to call Chris at Custom Seasons.
