Quality job, fair price. He gave a detailed explanation. Apparently, Maytag is not what they used to be but this machine should last a least a few more years. So it might out live the washer. We'll see. A previous repair contractor said just buy another one. That was about a year ago. I figure a $250 repair beats a new dryer at Big Sandy's with less features in the $1000 range . Although it's made in the USA. Well see

Rob came out and fixed it better than new for a very reasonable price. He was congenial, pleasant and efficient. We were very happy with the results. Then, a few days ago, the water wouldn't fill into the machine. I called Rob again. He came out and jumped right on it. He practically had to take the freezer apart, but he found the problem. He put it back together, told me what to watch for and then went on his way. I told him I've got him on speed-dial now. I HIGHLY recommend GP Express.

Since very few appliance repair…read morecompanies in the area service Bosch dishwashers, we were especially glad to find Haynes Appliance Repair. Kyle determined that the dishwasher needed a new pump. He didn't have the part with him that day, but he was able to get it and return the very next day to install it. The repair was quick, and he carefully double-checked everything to make sure there were no leaks and the dishwasher was running smoothly. The $99.95 service-call fee was also lower than what a competitor quoted us. Most importantly, Kyle saved us the much greater expense of replacing the dishwasher! We had a great experience and highly recommend Kyle and Haynes Appliance Repair.

Each time we tried to schedule an appointment with them, they had us pick a day and expected us to wait around for them to arrive the entire day. So it took us 2 weeks to settle on a day and only after we told them we had to work and could not be expected to wait, they gave us a window of arrival time: between 8 am - 1 pm and he did not show up until after 2 pm. We found him unprofessional immediately as he entered our home during COVID in a state where it is mandated to wear a mask without one. And instead of repairing the dryer he took it completely apart and said it needed replaced. Fast forward to a week later and he never reached out to our warranty company to file the replacement. This is despite us calling them multiple times and being told it was "in processing." Basically, if you want your dryer repaired please go with someone else.
