The day before the event, they delivered the obstacle course, but it wasn't a water slide as requested. The delivery drivers suggested I could just attach a hose to make it work, but when I called the company to confirm, they told me that would actually damage the unit. Because of that, they had to return and swap out the inflatable. Instead of bringing me the correct obstacle course with a water slide, they replaced it with a much smaller 20 ft water slide -- nothing close to what I had ordered or paid for. My party guests were expecting a large obstacle course and water slide (I had even put this on the invitations), but what we got was a major letdown. Despite clearly not providing what I ordered, the company still charged me the full $890 and the only "solution" they offered was a $100 credit. That doesn't come close to making things right, and it shows how little regard they have for their customers. This experience was incredibly disappointing and unfair. Customers should receive what they order and pay for, especially for important events. Unfortunately, this company failed to deliver both literally and figuratively.

This company is unprofessional, will not follow through on contracts, and will not give refunds after not following through on their contractual obligations. If you can choose literally any other company please do, don't let them ruin your wedding day and then try to offer a less than 30% refund of what you paid even though they didn't provide the dance floor you paid for, installed it 2 hours and 20 minutes late, didn't have anywho who could speak English delivering for my planners and family to communicate the issue, wouldn't fix the issue or call in other companies to fix the issue, and had a random employee at the venue sign for the arrival (not me, my family, or coordinator as stated by contract), didn't text or call me before "heading to the venue" as they also stated they would before signing a contract with them, and yet still will make you pay for 50% of the floor and 100% of the delivery on a floor you didn't sign for in the contract or in person. Stay away!! For your own best interest, I can't image having a worst experience for a dance floor vendor. I visited them and had a consultation with Ana monthsss before my wedding, picked our linens, gave her a copy of our layout (I was awfully specific with everything) and after than found it incredible hard to get a confirmation on the cost and availability. I kept leaving messages and nobody would get back to me. The rep from JW Marriott got involved and when I finally was able to talk with Ana again (about 2 weeks before my wedding) she told me that the linens I picked wouldn't work for my layout because the fabric was too thick. ((((AAAAGGGHHHHH)))) Could she have told me that months before when I sent her the layout? It was madness... went back to her store... and finally found something I ended up liking even more than my original selection. From then on the service was perfect but the stress they put me through was awful.
