The day before my party I called because I wanted to know time of delivery. I was advised that because my order was under $150 they would not deliver and i had to go to their office to pick up. On their website under their policies it clearly says there is a minimum rental of $100 for delivery which I met. The person I was speaking with advised me that he was going to see what he could do to get the items delivered that day (Friday) because "he did not want to work on Saturday" and "wanted to stay home and watch TV". He never called me back and I had to scramble to find another company that could accommodate me. Not sure if this is a new owner or if they are going out of business or something but I would avoid using them. Would give them zero stars if this form let me.

I could have been okay with the one bartender and one waiter because less than 45 people showed up to my wedding (Originally 55 guests). They still managed to stay busy and keep the place clean. The place that was just a few blocks from me had a high delivery fee, and seemed quite expensive. When I checked with Jorge at Rainbow, they were just half the cost! The delivery was scheduled for a Friday afternoon for a Saturday night party. The driver was two hours late, so it was getting nervous, especially as I had not even prepaid. But the driver finally showed up and blamed it on nearby construction and the usual Friday afternoon traffic. The Rainbow truck was large and equipped with lifts in the back, so that one driver singlehandedly delivered 6 tables and what seemed like a boatload of chairs. He asked where I wanted them set up, but instead of setting up I had him put the supplies under roof cover in case it rained. The driver did completely set up the food tables stapling skirting around them, and the tables were then moved under cover in case of rain. The tables and chairs were in very good, clean condition. The table skirts looked like they'd been picked up right from the dry cleaners, packed on hangers and covered with plastic wrap. On Sunday afternoon, the driver called to say he was on his way for pick up. Other than pointing to their items to be picked up, I wasn't needed at all. All in all, the entire series of transactions were speedy, reliable, inexpensive, professional, and painless. I would definitely recommend Rainbow and will use them again!
