Showed both clinics the x-ray and they said they don't know where they got cancer from or an infection. Had the third opinion do more x-rays just to verify and I am so thankful I called them back and told them not to proceed with the amputation that I was driving to Arkansas to get her. They made it seem so life-threatening that if I didn't cut my dogs leg off right then and there she was going to die, and the cancer was gonna spread.

I knocked on the surgical door and finally the veterinarian & staff came out. As we entered the main building I was told to wait for a printout and that the medication my pug needed would not be there until 6pm. After office mgr printed papers and handed them to me, we were told to leave. If you are old and disabled don't go to this clinic. Spent $2,700 in 2 years, but we were tossed out. This is not a professional business. The office mgr runs the show, and the veterinarian backs her 100%. Already made an appointment with a excellent veterinarian. There are 16 in Springdale so finding a caring facility won't be hard. Too much trauma for my pugs, my husband and me.
