I am a really protective DOG MOM and I have now had 2 wonderful experiences with all creatures vet center! From the front desk to the vet techs to the doctors you and your pet will get the BEST care - I have experienced Emergency critical care with a pet coming in with CPR in progress to just routine care on my other dog And both experiences were treated with the staff giving me fair options on pricing as well as avenues for care for my guys!!! They are BOTH part of our family and both are still living their BEST lives due in part to these fantastic people!! 2 thumbs & 4 paws way up you cant go wrong here!!!

first i looked at their 3 stars review and i thought they cant be good but my puppy had an emergency so i had to rush him to this hospital since it was the nearest ! and I AM Amazed :) ! Such lovely people and all the good vibes! :) From the moment I spoke to Emilia on the phone I just knew taking my dog here would be great! And it was! Very kind and professional people who actually love animals! Looking forward to bringing my other doggies for a check up clean so he can see his friends again !

****Please read my updates with previous review as this veterinarian has made false statements about my review, and therefore we will be now be sending our own formal complaint for investigation to the state attorney general for a separate formal investigation **See previous investigation information of this vet clinic in my first review with the very inappropriate response from the staff, which I will be reporting to Yelp.**** Please also see photos submitted as just a small sample of the proof of the All Creatures staff handling our kitten which we did adopt through their staff member Sarah Reyes on their premises, while she was an employee here in October 2015. It makes zero difference when the offense happened and we have every right to post a review when we see fit. The photos are of our kitten, "Peanut" in this veterinarian's Newhall location on Lyons avenue. We were informed of the state attorney general's investigation only last fall. Our kitten was advertised for adoption on a facebook page and was kept at this veterinary office for treatment until i came to pick him up october 11, 2015. i don't know the "set up" of the adoption, nor the details, i was just told he would be cared for there until i arrived back in town from my business trip. it was none of my concern how this vet did adoptions! Peanut had an eye infection and was dehydrated and emaciated as he was found on highway 126 at 3 weeks old. The photos of him were taken on dates he received vaccinations, micro chipping and other essential care. in addition he was dropped off to sarah and other staff for declawing and neutering during christmas 2015 the week of our honeymoon. he was only supposed to be there one week until we returned! it took almost a month to get him back! We were never informed that he had to be taken out of scv to palmdale/lancaster for surgery and he was taken without our permission to avoid the legal issues pertaining to declawing cats, which we were unaware of. he was also taken the day of our return from vacation when he was supposed to be coming home. Our kitten suffered needlessly with this extended stay at this vet, being taken miles away from us with substandard care and traumatizing him worse than he already was. the only reason he was at this vet was for what should have been a less traumatic experience during our honeymoon with people we thought he would feel safer with because they were familiar to him. Peanut ended up with an infection and he was extremely upset upon returning home and had extensive behavior problems after his return to us. We have the contract for this service and it is slanderous to state we are not clients and accuse us of harassment when we are legally entitled to voice our review of this incompetent veterinarian and staff on Yelp, which is the appropriate medium to do so....please also see my husband's newly posted review. The response by this vet has upset him as well, because he was in attendance at all of the appointments and Peanut is his favorite cat. We are no longer clients and would never set foot in here again with any pet because the last time we took Peanut to this vet he peed all over himself in abject terror, and the staff handled his last visit horribly. Since that time, has been literally impossible to take to any vet, and can only receive minimal in-home vet care. My regret is that we were not part of the state attorney general's initial investigation of this vet. Had we known about it earlier, we would have submitted our complaint then. But now since previous views of my post "marked useful" have been erased, and this practice's staff is rudely denying the thousands of dollars we spent here on boarding our pet and the cost of botched surgeries and undue stress to our cat in addition to calling us liars etc., by choosing to deny the harm they did to our cat on top of slandering our name I feel compelled to ensure our complaint is thoroughly investigated by the state attorney.

I took my 17 year old senior dog in for her annual wellness exam. The entire staff including the doctor are all patient & caring. Super friendly & took great, gentle care of my little older lady dog. I recommend All Creatures Veterinary Center.

Please Read: Do not take your pet here if there is a critical emergency. My dog was dying in my arms and I rushed her to this Clinic. I banged on the door requesting for help. The first words the employee told me was "I'm sorry we cannot help you." I was frustrated, and devastated that an EMERGENCY CLINIC had no doctors available. So what's the point of being open 24 hours then. My dog died in my arms in front of this clinic... they didn't even bother offering a room inside for me to mourn in privacy. They just watched me fall to the floor crying in public with bystanders around. Instead, they told me to go to another hospital 10 minutes away that's already closed after my dog had passed. (Pinnacle Veterinary Center) Save your pets life. Don't be in my position and go to this clinic. Find another one. Miss you, Boba Mama. Your legacy will forever continue~

Coco waiting for her appointment, front desk was great with assistance as well as the help with the care we needed.

I just want to start off this review by saying this is by far the best vet clinic in Santa Clarita I myself have been too. Having a dog with many health issues and concerns causes me to worry about who I send my fur baby too for help and I'm extremely picky and this place has been nothing but great veterinary care from Dr. Mejia. She explains in depth what's going on and allows you to feel safe and comfortable with knowing exactly what's going on with your pet and helps you understand how you can help. This facility is extremely clean, welcoming, and a trustworthy place to bring all your pets for whatever they may need. Kallie has been nothing but helpful in my years of going to this vet and I can say I'm nothing short of happy with the intensive care they provide. Between Dr. Mejia and Kallie the Vet tech, they have always made me feel comfortable and safe bringing both of my animals there and watching Kallie with my dogs + all the other animals just goes to show what type of clinic it is with how gentle, kind, and patient she and the doctors are! A 10/10 place I highly recommend

I have taken my cats here for a few years, I recently just adopted a puppy from the shelter and I brought her to All Creatures the same day. They were so accommodating for me and take same day appointments. The female doctor Dr. Mejia was so nice and very informative about caring for a new puppy. Kallie the technician, was extremely helpful and you can tell she loves her job by how she goes above and beyond for my pets. I will recommend this pet hospital for all your furry pets!!

My dog was bitten my a baby rattlesnake and I wasn't home when it happened. He wasn't taken to the vet until 4 hours later which is a long time. He was not in good shape when we got there and the receptionist met me out front and rushed him back immediately. They were absolutely amazing. I'm lucky to say he survived and recovered extremely quickly thanks to there care. I will be forever grateful for all of them at All Creatures. Erica in the office was so sweet and comforting to me. I recommend them to everyone. It wasn't horribly expensive either considering it was after hours and an emergency. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. Dexter, the patient, thanks you very much, Thank you Heather Iniguez

They always give me prompt and comfortable assistance! Location is also adorable. Ricki was super fantastic!!

I always love the staff here! When ever we have an urgent matter, they always fit us in. They love on our babies, and treat them so well! Bug bite treated and on the road to recovery.

My personal mistake was to keep going to this place due to the amazing reviews so I thought that I was just having bad luck. We start a couple of years ago with an ear infection when the dog came back from the back of the office with the wrong ear treated. About 1 y and a half ago I brought my dog in for limping, dr Kim diagnosed elbow's arthritis, 2 light walks a day for the rest of his life. Nothing to really do about it. It sounded dumb to me since the dog was only 3 y old so I contacted an orthopedic, the orthopedic removed a broken anaconeal process that dr Kim didn't see at the XRay and talked to me about a very modern treatment which we promptly jumped on, the dog was up and running normal in 2 months. Last year doctor Oh sent me to the ER with a diagnosis of GDV while my dog was actively vomiting fluids (1st hint of the fact that couldn't have been GDV) wasn't bloated, wasn't panting, wasn't foaming, because he had confused an enlarged prostate with a stomach on the X-Ray. Access Woodland Hills pulled up the dog in 24h with simple antibiotics. Today it was the culprit, with the dumbest conversation I ever had in 50 years of my life with the front desk. My dog has lost 2 or 3 pounds in last few months. He went from about 92 to 88. Or who knows? the scale they have in the office is never accurate. Without saying anything a couple of months ago they had put him on a lower dosage of cytopoint which I noticed just from the fact that they billed me a lower price and that the medication hadn't been effective at all all of sudden. Whoever has a dog with skin issue knows how nasty it can get very quickly. I complained 3 times in separate occasions, in person and over the phone, I brought it up when I booked the appointment and today I went back saying again that his skin is a mess and I needed the dosage he has been doing for the last 2 years. They put him on the scale and his weight was 89.5 lb, like for real I am not making it up. Higher dosage starts at 90 lb, there's nothing they can do. They didn't offer a consultation, they didn't offer an alternative plan, the desk employer looked so satisfied that she wasn't going to follow this annoying patient's request. I was boiling, I just couldn't handle so much stupidity, I threw the muzzle I was holding in my hands on the scale which bumped on 90 lb and I asked if I could have his regular dosage now. They called me rude. I didn't have the patience to handle so much retardation. I left and randomly called Pinnacle. They fit me in, visited the dog, gave me his old dosage of cytopoint (surprise surprise they charge less) added apoquel and antibiotics (this how bad his skin was), loaded me with info about soaps and creams, dr Amsel and his technician visited the dog without muzzle before my eyes and without all the scenes that I was used to get at AMC for my 'aggressive ' dog, and I paid a total of 500 dollars which would have covered only 2 cytopoint injection at AMC. AMC takes more patients they can handle. There's always a different technician, a different doctor, front staff looks always overworked tired and confused, only thing are good at is chasing you with a reminder of any possible vaccine. Dr Kim is always rushing, one time to cut corners, because it was late and waiting room was still full she shouted to me the procedure she was about to do on my older dog from behind the front counter while I was sitting in the waiting room and everyone around me was talking. How professional is that? I hate bad reviews but if you are not detailed oriented passionate and professional in medical care maybe it's not your job. And always advocate for your pet and ask second opinions, because if your pet has a real health issue this place can't go beyond vaccines, flea medications and spay or neuter.

I honestly wasn't sure I'd ever return. But my past two visits under the new ownership completely changed how I feel--they reminded me why I trusted this place for so long. The first visit was with my Frenchie, who had a hematoma. I had already been to two other vets who pushed surgery as the only option, and it just didn't feel right. I didn't want to put him under anesthesia for something that seemed cosmetic. When I came here, Dr. Brink said surgery was excessive and offered an alternative treatment. I can't express how relieved and grateful I was. It finally felt like someone truly cared about my dog's well-being. The second visit was with a dog I was babysitting, and the situation was incredibly stressful and complicated. Dr. Tran, Gabby, Lauren, Dr. Sures, and the rest of the team were unbelievably compassionate. They were patient, understanding, and genuinely went above and beyond to help us through something very difficult. Their kindness meant more than they probably realize. After everything, I'm so grateful for the changes under the new ownership. It truly feels like the heart has come back to this clinic.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND -- Amazing, compassionate, and fair veterinary care!…read more My cat recently developed symptoms of an upset GI tract, and I called early in the morning to check availability. They were able to see her the same day, which immediately relieved so much stress. Their later office hours were a huge blessing--especially compared to emergency clinics that easily charge three times as much. We arrived for our 5:30 appointment (they close at 8), and even with their day almost over, the entire staff was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful. Dr. Brink was our veterinarian, and she listened carefully as I explained what had been happening. She immediately began narrowing down the possible issues and communicated every step clearly. Before doing anything, they brought in a full cost itemization and explained each item in detail, answering every single question I had. The pricing here is beyond fair--and transparent. While we were discussing everything, my cat had an accident in the exam room, and the staff insisted I didn't clean it and moved us to a fresh room without hesitation. My girl is extremely fearful, so sedation was difficult. Dr. Brink and her team worked tirelessly to help her, and even though we couldn't complete the tests that evening, they still sent us home with medications to treat her GI symptoms. They also discovered an ear infection during the exam and provided treatment for that too. I came in with one problem, and they sent us home with answers I didn't even know we needed--this alone impressed me so much. They made arrangements for my cat to return the next morning for another sedation attempt (for bloodwork and an IV). When I came in around 1pm to check on her, another doctor (not sure of her name, but she was pregnant and so kind) took the time to personally reassure me that my girl was doing great. Before sedating her again, they even called to confirm the full treatment plan--another huge green flag. Less than an hour later, they called to tell me everything had gone smoothly and her blood panel was already complete. They even cleaned my cat's ears out as she was sedated so I could easily apply her medicated drops. I have NOTHING but positive things to say about this veterinary hospital. The entire team is compassionate, patient, and truly dedicated. Thank you all for treating my spicy, demonic little goblin with so much love and care. You've earned a lifelong client! It's been about 3 hours since we left the clinic and my girl is purring, eating, drinking, and using the restroom all on her own! Already feeling so much better than the day we came in. Odessa sends her love too!

For starters, when the vet tech asked me to place my dog on the scale I noticed that there was a huge puddle of urine on it. Yuck! I asked her to clean it up before I'd place my dog on that scale. That's beyond unsanitary! Then when we got to the exam room, that also looked unsanitary! The mat on the exam table had what looked like dried urine stains and nothing smelled clean or sanitized. Really gross and now I'm worried that my dog could have been exposed to something since it's likely nothing in that exam room had been cleaned. I should have left right then and there, and wish I had because things didn't get any better. The vet took forever to come into the room. I was only there to get my dog vaccine boosters but felt they were trying to evaluate and look for random diagnosis. They also were pushy about heart worm testing and charged an arm and a leg for core vaccines. Much more than any place I've ever been. It felt very scammy. And when checking out and paying the hefty bill the receptionists weren't very friendly. Honestly, the whole place just had a bad vibe. I wish I never took my pet here. I don't plan on bringing my pet here ever again and I feel very upset that I trusted bringing her here in the first place. I can't understand how anyone gives this place a positive review. Rats are wonderful pets, but their lifespan is short, and they're prone to tumors. Apricot had developed a mammary tumor a few months prior and was nearly two years old. It was clear she was in distress, and we felt the most humane choice was to end her suffering. We assumed nothing would be open on a holiday, but I called VEG after remembering their location next to the Vons I visit. The receptionist was kind and told us to come in right away for euthanasia. When we arrived, the large main treatment area was focused on a critical case involving a Labrador, with a family gathered nearby. There were comfortable couches in a waiting area with plenty of room. We were placed in a private room to wait, which was thoughtfully designed to feel calm and comforting. It had soft lighting, gentle music, electric candles, a fragrance diffuser, and even a memory book where we wrote about Apricot while we waited. It was sweet to read what others had written too. That space made a difficult moment more manageable. Over about 45 minutes, staff checked in on us regularly, offering water and explaining the process. Once available, the doctor discussed euthanasia options. Unlike our regular vet, who uses gas, they explained that they prefer intravenous injection for a more controlled and peaceful passing. However, due to Apricot's size and likely dehydration, accessing a vein was extremely difficult. Multiple staff members attempted carefully to find one in her tail, but it was understandably challenging. The remaining option was an intracardiac injection--a needle through her chest into the heart. Apricot was already minimally responsive, and we agreed to proceed. I stepped out, while my husband stayed with her. He said she reacted briefly but passed almost immediately. This wasn't an easy experience, but the staff handled it with honesty, patience, and respect. They kept us informed at every step and treated both us and Apricot with dignity, never once making us feel like she was "just a rat". A few days later, we received a sympathy card signed by what looked like the entire team. That unexpected gesture meant a great deal to our family. With all the pets over my lifetime and all the euthanasia we've had for them, never once did a vet send us a sympathy card. We expected a high emergency holiday cost, especially given the circumstances, but the total was about $200, only slightly more than our regular vet. While euthanasia for small animals like rats can be technically difficult, we're grateful VEG was available when we needed immediate help. Everyone, from receptionist to vet tech to nurse to doctor was kind and gentle. I would return for future care, especially in urgent situations.
