My happy pup
Sabrina A.

I cannot say about wonderful things bout VIP veterinary Services!!! I was scared to death to get my pup fixed. All that fee melted away when I walked in to VIP. The staff is so incredibly friendly and kind. They updated me the second my pup came out of surgery. They treated her with the utmost love and care. The recovery was easier than I thought. They used glue instead of stitches and she seemed to not be as itchy as I imagined he would be. After 2 weeks she was as good as before and the scar has faded. I'm forever grateful to VIP for caring for my pup. Thank you!!!

Less than 24 hours after spay surgery and she's doing great! She's healing & sleeping

I was looking for an established vet for our little boston terrier, Dumpling. VIP checked all of the boxes and we scheduled a visit. We met with Dr. Roberts and she was absolutely wonderful. My dog got excited when she entered the exam room and Dr Roberts sat on the floor with Dumpling so they can get to know each other. She examined Dumpling for allergy issues and gave us a prescription. The whole staff was so sweet and accommodating! We just took Dumpling back to VIP yesterday to get spayed and met with Dr. Cisneros. He was very nice and did his pre-surgery exam on Dumpling and took her to the back. The staff reassured that they would call me when the surgery was completed and they did! Very professional, very compassionate, clean office and the staff is wonderful!! Couldn't ask for any better!!

Dr Cisneros is everything !! He literally saved my dog's life . He was the 5th vet I took my dog to because his head kept swelling up big on one side . Other vets charged a lot of $ to drain it but did little to discover the underlying cause . Dr Cisneros was able to figure it out after a few weeks of treating him and he recovered perfectly once given the right meds . Even more importantly, my dog never got nervous in his office . He normally would shake uncontrollably upon entering a vet office and would often poop in the waiting area due to nerves . He feels comfortable with Dr. Cisneros and allows him to do whatever he needs to without showing signs of anxiety . I cannot thank Dr Cisneros and his wonderful staff enough .

Love VIP, the front staff and Dr Cisneros! They don't advise for your pet to have procedures unless they really need them.

Because she has had a…read moreheart murmur since she was a puppy, the veterinarian appropriately advised that she would not be sedated without first having an echocardiogram. We appreciated that level of caution. We were told a mobile echocardiogram service could be scheduled through their office for $660, which we agreed to. Our appointment window was scheduled between 9:00-11:00 a.m., and we were instructed to drop our dog off at 8:00 a.m. Unfortunately, the mobile echocardiogram veterinarian did not arrive until approximately 1:00 p.m., meaning our dog was kenneled for several unnecessary hours. After the echocardiogram, we were told our dog had mitral valve insufficiency and were advised to seek clearance from a cardiologist prior to anesthesia. We scheduled a consultation with a cardiologist, who expressed concern that this diagnosis would be highly unusual for a 2-year-old Rottweiler. Although we had just paid for an echocardiogram, she recommended repeating the study. She also mentioned she had encountered prior cases in which reports from this same mobile provider were inaccurate. The repeat echocardiogram revealed a completely different diagnosis: subaortic stenosis -- not mitral valve insufficiency. When we contacted Little Paws to discuss this discrepancy, we were told that "this is just how it works" and that different providers may "see different things." We found this response dismissive and concerning. While minor interpretation differences can occur, a completely different cardiac diagnosis significantly impacts medical management, anesthesia planning, and long-term prognosis. We understand that medicine is not always black and white; however, we feel strongly that complex cardiac diagnostics should be referred directly to a board-certified cardiologist if they are going to offer in-house mobile echocardiograms without ensuring diagnostic accuracy. It has raised serious concerns and resulted in unnecessary expense, stress, and delay in proper care for our dog. We will no longer be getting our dog spayed there and would not recommend Little Paws to friends or family.

For starters, when the vet tech asked me to place my dog on the scale I noticed that there was a huge puddle of urine on it. Yuck! I asked her to clean it up before I'd place my dog on that scale. That's beyond unsanitary! Then when we got to the exam room, that also looked unsanitary! The mat on the exam table had what looked like dried urine stains and nothing smelled clean or sanitized. Really gross and now I'm worried that my dog could have been exposed to something since it's likely nothing in that exam room had been cleaned. I should have left right then and there, and wish I had because things didn't get any better. The vet took forever to come into the room. I was only there to get my dog vaccine boosters but felt they were trying to evaluate and look for random diagnosis. They also were pushy about heart worm testing and charged an arm and a leg for core vaccines. Much more than any place I've ever been. It felt very scammy. And when checking out and paying the hefty bill the receptionists weren't very friendly. Honestly, the whole place just had a bad vibe. I wish I never took my pet here. I don't plan on bringing my pet here ever again and I feel very upset that I trusted bringing her here in the first place. I can't understand how anyone gives this place a positive review. My experience was bad!!

It may honestly be the first time I've seen or paid attention to something. Like this at a vet's office, but it really resonated with me. What an amazing experience this was! Maybe the best I and the cats have ever had at a vet. Before the visit, I was so worried about taking my cats here because one has ridiculous anxiety. However, our guy did really well compared to other visits at other offices. I was worried that it was walk in only, but it was quicker than any other office I've ever made an appointment with. Despite having a steady crowd that day, but I don't think we waited more than 5 minutes to be seen. Despite not having a waiting room (huge plus), they were well organized with queues depending on the service you needed. We were only getting updated vaccinations that day and had 3 people in front of us, plus a few others in different queues. I will add that when we visited there was some construction happening in the parking space right in front of the door - to no fault of the clinic. There was a lot of jackhammering and the staff did what they could to help clients and animals minimize time there. One we got into the clinic, it took us less than 10 minutes to do new patient registration for all 3 cats and me, pay, get their shots and get back to the car. The cats stayed I their carriers through the whole process and the young woman who gave the shots was so sweet with them. She, and really all the staff really seem to care about all animals. She may be the first person who didn't make our anxious boy cry the entire time while getting his vaccinations. She was also so gentle with our geriatric boy who has arthritis and had a bad flare up that day. The clinic area had an animal smell to it; like animals have had accidents in there, but it was strong, powerful, or like it was permanent; more like we may have just come in after an accident that was just cleaned up. Thankfully we didn't need any thing more serious that day, but I will most likely end up here if anything does happen. I was able to watch a few other owners who were dropping off or picking up from procedures and I could see how much love each staff member had for the animals. I have never felt so secure with a vet as I did Tags. Yes, their operation may seem unorthodox, but in their work you can see they truly put the animal and advocacy before any optics. They don't have a fancy waiting room to make you, as the human, feel pampered or bougie. They care about the animal experience and that really matters to me. Based on my anxious boys demeanor during and after our visit, this is by far the best clinic we've ever had. 10/10 could not recommend more!

I believe it was Dr. Nestor who performed the surgery, and he was absolutely incredible. The skill, care, and calm confidence he showed meant everything to me during such a stressful experience. The level of love, patience, and consideration they gave Bohdi was beyond anything I could have hoped for. The entire team treated him with such gentleness and respect, and they treated me with the same kindness and reassurance. On top of all of that, the price was incredible for the level of care provided, safe, professional, and truly accessible for people who love their pets deeply. This is not just a dental clinic, it is an outstanding veterinary clinic overall. I also bring my pets here for their routine shots, and here is an unbelievable bonus: on Mondays, if you come in for shots, you can get a free rabies shot. You truly cannot beat that. I will absolutely be returning every six months for Bohdi's dental care without hesitation. They make everything easy, they are honest, compassionate, and they genuinely care. I love this clinic. I feel lucky to have them, and our city is incredibly lucky to have such wonderful people taking care of our animals. This place is a true gift to Santa Clarita.

DO NOT GO HERE-THEY REMOVE ANYTHING NOT POSITIVE OR 5 STAR REVIEWS THEYRE SCAMMING DISHONEST BUSINESS PPL PROFIT OVER PETS!!!!!....The female veterinarian effectively killed my dog. She was useless with every question I asked- it took 5 days later for the male veterinarian, to get back from vacation, and give me a call and be completely flabbergasted himself that the news that my dog was fatally ill was not properly said to me, I ended up having to lose that dog 2 hours later, when he was running around playing just fine - by being put down at an emergency vet they recommended I go to-- I don't know about you, but if you love your dogs... go somewhere else. That was my terminally ill daughter's medical Therapy dog and he had no problems at all. And as soon as I had concerns, everything was downplayed by the female veterinarian and vaguely explained, and at no point was any urgency of his fatality mentioned, I asked specifically if this was a dog who was about to die considering he was acting completely fine and showed no outward signs of illness or pain.. And she denied it staunchly, the male veterinarian, could not believe that she would say those things to me in the sense that he was so devastated, that she did, what she did and handled it the way that she did, I'm glad that he's better than her. But I still dont want to ever take another one of my pets back here again. My dog had a condition that could have been treated if intervened properly when I first had concerns of mild things months and months ago. The concerns were not properly cared for and now he has passed on from one day to the next he was completely fine, and now we've lost our boy.
