My car broke down very close to their shop right before closing, and even though it was just before a holiday weekend, they didn't turn me away. The owner is a very knowledgeable mechanic and was able to diagnose the problem within minutes. He immediately took the time to help me figure out what to do and even provided me with a ride to the nearest car rental location. That kind of customer service is hard to find! The repair took a couple of days, and the communication from start to finish was excellent. What impressed me most was the owner's honesty and attention to detail. Not only did he repair the original problem, but he also diagnosed a few other items that needed attention and was able to take care of those repairs as well. Everything was done at a very reasonable price, especially considering that my car broke down right before a holiday weekend when the shop should have already been closed. It's rare to find a knowledgeable, honest mechanic who genuinely cares about his customers. I highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for a trustworthy and skilled mechanic. I'm extremely grateful that I was able to continue on my journey for the weekend, and when I returned, my car was fixed and ready for pickup!

I didn't want someone who would just toss a motorcycle in the bed of a pickup truck and call it a day; I wanted someone who truly understood how to manage a motorcycle. I expressly asked Golden Choice Towing Service about their tie-down system when I called, and they explained that they used soft straps and a wheel chock without my further prompting. Everything I had been told would be there was there when the driver came. Didn't let the transport speed go over what was comfortable for the load, loaded the bike slowly, and fastened the handlebars and frame separately. Delivered to the store undamaged. Before anyone moved, the rate was quoted and matched the invoice. It made a difference to pay attention to the specifics of motorbike transportation.

What started as a minor inconvenience quickly turned into a bigger problem when my own recovery attempts only dug the tires in deeper. I needed someone who could handle an actual vehicle extraction, not just hook up and hope for the best. I called Sherwins Vehicle Towing, explained the situation honestly, and appreciated that they were realistic about the challenges involved rather than making promises they couldn't guarantee. The driver arrived with the proper recovery equipment and took time to assess the terrain before starting the recovery. Everything was done carefully and methodically, with attention to keeping the truck from sinking further or sustaining damage. At one stage they had to adjust their position to get a better angle, but they handled it professionally and without any unnecessary delays. The pricing was fair considering the complexity of the recovery, and there were no surprises when it came time to settle the bill. Between the mud, the weather, and the location, it wasn't an easy job, but Sherwins Vehicle Towing clearly knew what they were doing and got me back on solid ground.
