They were sensitive to the areas near our house and garden, and very respectful of the old rock walls that are meaningful to us. We would recommend Bay Area Paving to friends and family and will be using them again when it comes time to apply a seal coating. One of the employees raised his voice at me several times when I questioned the quality of the completely obvious mistakes and lack of attention to detail. Note the messy finishes everywhere, not to mention the huge utility box that they never requested PGE raise up that basically makes the pad they poured unusable to park my boat on. I had PGE come out and they said they would have raised it if it had been requested. Do not recommend.

He was able to put my vision together and gave us ideas/recommendations what we can do to our backyard. He's easy to communicate with, and kept us updated on the work. We bought a house in a new developed area, so it was a blank slate to start on. I had concrete, real grass, and a retaining wall placed. After all was done, the team cleaned up very well. My husband and I were looking for a licensed and insured contractor and charge at a reasonable price. We've met with other licensed contractors and charged $10k more, and for the same design I envisioned. My husband did his own research on how much items would cost and Zoe Landscaping didn't seem to charge too much or too little. Don't be fooled by contractors who say they are licensed but don't give a licensed number and have a cheaper price. We think his charge was reasonable and affordable. As far as the time the backyard being done, we were estimated that the backyard would be done in about 2 weeks. It took about 4 weeks, but that was because we had that one week of rain. Which is something we can't control. I felt bad, but they had to work on Thanksgiving. Overall, will hire again, and recommend to others. Thank you and great job!
