I know I'm making a big deal out of these issues but integrity is important to me and having respect for my time is too. We've all been there where commitments are missed and you end up so frustrated. Not here. This company checked all the boxes for us, so the same day that I got the quote, I said yes. Now let's talk about the work! OMG! These guys are perfectionist and thank goodness because I have pretty high expectations. Now, I know this isn't typically what happens because schedules can be tight, but I said yes on Friday and they worked all day to finish my job on Saturday...the next day! Impressive! I had realized after the quote that I had wanted another small area done for my BBQ grill and he accommodate my request again for a reasonable price. The corners do not line up properly, and there is a large gap between my deck and the new concrete, creating a tripping hazard. Concrete was splattered on my walls, and the edge where the concrete meets the wall is uneven and wavy instead of straight. The concrete also has spider cracks throughout the surface. In several areas, the concrete does not extend fully into the corners, leaving rounded edges and holes where water can collect and flow underneath. Overall, the workmanship was poor, and the finished project is defective. They were very unresponsive to my request to fix the errors on the job. I found his worker Angel very rude. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AT ALL! DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME.

Well, I must say that I am extremely pleased with the work from this company. The owner recommended that he just brings it to another company that does their powder coating and has it refinished properly. Since the current state of my gate was basically chipping away from the powder coating not being installed properly. I felt that the price was fair and the job after completion was a 10 out of 10. One of the employees raised his voice at me several times when I questioned the quality of the completely obvious mistakes and lack of attention to detail. Note the messy finishes everywhere, not to mention the huge utility box that they never requested PGE raise up that basically makes the pad they poured unusable to park my boat on. I had PGE come out and they said they would have raised it if it had been requested. Do not recommend.
