Our driver (Hector) was courteous and friendly (as well as a safe and conscientious driver). I worried all week that the bus would be late (or not show at all!) for our Sunday field trip, but Hector arrived 5-10 minutes beforehand and had the bus cleaned and ready to board by the time we were ready to go. It was very stress free experience, and I wouldn't hesitate to work with them again!

Safety Concerns The driver attempted to overfill the bus, trying to fit the entire group of over 120 people despite the bus not having enough seats. I personally had to intervene to ensure people were removed from the bus to avoid passengers standing in the aisles. After the fact, we learned that some guests were forced to sit on each other's laps, and the driver reportedly drove erratically to the destination causing two of our guests, who were NOT overserved, to vomit right when they got off. The safety of our guests was compromised, and the shuttle service was managed in a way that was neither professional nor responsible. Service Issues Once I managed to get people off the first shuttle and ensured the driver returned for the second trip (as per the contract/itinerary and what we paid for), the remaining guests were finally able to board. However, the second shuttle was only about 25% full, which underscores that there was no reason to overfill the first bus in such an unsafe manner. Impact on Our Event Because of these issues, my wife and I missed a significant portion of our after-party, as we had to deal with ensuring our guests were transported safely--something that should have been entirely your responsibility. Overall, your service was unprofessional and unsafe. It appeared as though the driver was trying to avoid making the required second trip by overcrowding the first shuttle, which we found unacceptable. The Result After flagging our feedback, not only did we not receive any form of compensation for the poor and unsafe service - they offered a $500 gift card for us to use them again which is wild to assume we'd use that service again.

I have recently taken a trip with my church to go to a play over in PA. The ride is about 3/4…read morehours. The bus that was requested and paid for was a big bus that seats 55 and included a bathroom. We have a big group with a majority including elderly and small children. The pickup time was supposed to be 6AM sharp. The buses (yes plural) arrived at 6:30. They sent us two small buses including a small school bus. The owner refused to send us the bus we asked for saying he had found problems on it at 3AM that same day. Everyone didn't fit so some people had to take their own cars to get there (even after paying for their portion of the bus) I ended up on the small school but with my 7 mo old in her car seat and my 8 yr old. The a/c didn't work so we had to put down all the windows. Right before we get to our destination the bus almost runs out of gas so the driver stops at the gas station..... and puts gas in this DIESEL bus. Even I knew knew it ran on diesel. But fine-everyone makes mistakes. So within 2 minutes the bus shuts off and the engine won't start. We had to wait on the side of the busy road while the other bus dropped off the passengers and came to pick us up. The drivers told us they expected another bus to arrive before the show ended. Well- the show ended. Guess what? NO BUS. The owner expected us to walk home!? He refused to send another bus. So we had to end up packing out all the cars that came and still the one bus left was overpacked. My husband was left standing up as there was no seats after the elderly and children were packed. My 8 yr daughter with other kids ended up falling asleep on the floor because they were older compared to the other kids. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE AND DANGEROUS!!! I would give 0 stars if possible!! The company is also tech friendly. We communicated via email and I was able to pay electronically. My daughter and her friends loved the party bus! (The adults loved it too!) Below is the text of my initial review from 2018: I would never want to put a kid of mine on a bus operated by this company based upon how I've seen their drivers carry out their duties in my neighborhood. My mother was a school bus driver for most of my life (in Connecticut but still) so I know they don't exactly hand out CDL's like candy, and I know there are some standards these people are supposed to adhere to. First off: they're rude AF. There's a one way street I park on by the Fieldston school in the Bronx. People park on both sides so there's obviously no room to go around if someone is trying to park. They honk if they feel you're going too slow. Buddy - you get paid by the hour...and I know it's pushing 6pm and you want to go home but CHILL. Or ya know...you could go down the other part of Manhattan College parkway that leads to the northbound side of the HHP because I know damn well that's where you're going anyway...why you want to harass people and sit through 3 unnecessary slow traffic lights is beyond me... More appallingly: one of their drivers nearly ran me down in a crosswalk. Again pushing 6pm so I'm sure this lady was itching to go home...but that does not excuse almost hitting me or ACCELERATING WHILE DOING SO. I called their office on that one with pertinent info such as location and bus number.
