By far the worst experience I've ever had with a towing company. We have called bcaa 2x in the last 6 months. One time for keys locked in the car and another time for lost keys. the first time they took 6 hours to show up! Absokutely brutal! second time they took 2.5 hours, showed up with the wrong truck and had to come back 1.5 hours later. I would have been fine with them screwing up on the second time but the driver was a complete Grumpy asshole. I felt as I was doing him and injustice by him doing his job. I'm considering cancelling bcaa, just because of bedside manner, punctuality and simply straight up bad experiences. We have used day and nite towing in the past and they have been nothing but fantastic! For the record I e never written a bad review in my life but my experience was so bad I thought it needed to be passed along. read more

I first met Scott from All Coast Towing in 2005 when I had a crisis at the Langdale ferry terminal. Rather than quickly towing my vehicle which would have been the easiest solution; he listened to my plea to get back to work in Vancouver and showed me how to proceed with basically a dead battery and checked to be sure I had working jumper cables. His tips worked (no stereo, a/c etc) and I made it. We have met again over the last 15 years with either a boost, tow or a BCAA call for a family member. Scott did not allow me access to my car throughout the 30 days it was there in order to get some personal belongings. There were things in There that I needed for work and had to spend hundreds of dollars to replace . He is incredibly rude and even yelled at my friend and I while accusing me of breaking into his disgusting unsafe compound . When I asked how much it was going to cost he said ro call back when I actually had a dollar to my name no hung up on me. I have never met a more unprofessional creature in my life and I would rather be stranded for days then ever have to speak to that thing again read more

This guy is an absolute SCAMMER, in 2017 after and accident the RCMP as well as myself and the owner of the vehicle my senior citizen mother who is disabled asked him NOT to tow the vehicle from twanick all the way to Gibsons but to drop it off at icbc in Sechelt. The RCMP as well as myself caught him going through the glove box and console sticking our Items (which we later after the shock settled reallzed it was my unopened pain killer prescription I had picked up that day from the pharmacy earlier) into his pocket. The officer told him to keep his hands out of our belongings. Instead of doing what we requested he took our vehicle to the tow yard on Gibsons. We asked for a number for the insurance to contact him in case there was something at the scene, he gave us a false number that was to a tow company in van that has never even heard of him or all coast. For two weeks the all coast dispatcher was unable to locate our vehicle and would not let us in the yard. Finally the driver called threatening my mother and stating that we owed him $5000 to retrieve the vehicle, which he claimed was a write off but even the rcmp said it wasnt but just needed an alignment and probably new tire. He wouldnt let me access my brand new 1800$ stereo i had installed less then 3 months prior at KenMac or to look for my prescription or to retrieve my laptop or unreplaceable personal items. We came with the rcmp on two occassions and he stated.the car was unreachable to access due to being placed behind other wrecked vehicles and for some really disturbing reason the rcmp officers were ok with this. 3 to 6 months later of trying to get our belongings I had already purchased another vehicle and we were trying to forget this awful event. Well I guess he sat in an unmarked vehicle outside our house until I left and then proceeded to go to the door and threaten my disabled mother who is less then 5ft2 who was alone then handed her a court subpoena claming he was suing us $15,000 for STEALING OUR CAR!! As well as for loss and suffering...? Really?!? You lost and suffered stealing from us?!?! The first hearing with Judge Merrik the case was moved to a trial. In between that time he repeatedly harassed myself and family and even at one point made an attempt to tow my vehicle out of my driveway and then about a month later my mothers vehicle from independent parking lot after watching her go inside (he didnt realize I had purchased a new truck and was waiting in the stall behind her) before making an attempt to slim Jim the lock to break into her car. When I honked my horn and hopped out to ask what he thought he was doing, he said "its being towed, its in an illegal handicapped spot" which I suggested that he may want to get glasses or retire if his eye sight was so piss poor as she had her hadicap pass on the mirror. We contacted the rcmp they did nothing as per usual then a few months later i looked in my rear view and observed an aggresive red tow truck honking and driving erratic and dangerously close. I pulled over at the post office at one point and he pulled up beside me and proceeded to threaten and spit all over my windows and throw his coffee at my truck i was tryng to keep calm i went to mc Ds he followed, he came inside and literally yelled that he was serving me papers to appear in court at the upcoming trial. At trial I was planning on showing his mental unstability and state but when we arrived he was already talking to the Judge who was a lady named Judge Bond that is from smithers and she was completely one sided in his favor, after the lunch break when we returned we overheard her thanking him for a nice lunch (which i was under the impression was a conflict of interest and illegal) the judge ruled the most mind boggling unethical one sided ruling I have ever or anyone that hears this has ever heard.... she stated that my mother had to pay him the 5000$ he originally requested and he was also allowed to keep the vehicle and all.the belongings inside. She never let me or my mother onto the stand or the rcmp officer to explain what had happened. Explain how was justice served as he was allowed to stealing our vehicle, steal all of our personal belongings and we have to pay him 5000$!!! Well he is now threatening and trying to sue us to take our new vehicles once again he is the definition of abusive, manipulative, and should be shut down and asked to leave the coast for all his unholy terror and lies and thieving he has done to our community and held accountable for his actions not rewarded. SHAME ON YOU FOR TAKING ADVANTAGE OF PEOPLE IN NEED THAT ARE ELDERLY DISABLED AND FEMALE YOU COWARD! read more

Scot at All Coast Towing came to my rescue when my car wouldn't start at Langdale ferry terminal (that was a stressful moment!). I missed that ferry, and thought I'd be towed somewhere I didn't know, as I live in Vancouver, and to stay the night somewhere. Scot came right away, and instead of towing the car, he spent about a half-hour trouble-shooting the obvious and not-so-obvious until the car was working again. He also taught me what to look for and do if I had any further problems on my way back home (it was my starter). I can't recommend Scot highly enough. He's an angel on wheels, and will do his best to have you back on your way as soon as possible. read more
