Larry Enos is amazing! My husband and I bought our first house and it had asbestos from 1956 in the attic. Larry communicated clearly what the issues were and exactly how much it would cost after they did the free inspection. He was even flexible on the work date when issues arose and we had to postpone it a day. The men who did the work arrived on time and completed the work as scheduled. They even helped me figure out how to turn on the main power breaker. It was convenient that I was able to pay by credit card. He was the only asbestos contractor that showed up on time and found that the previous Asbestos consultant did not do a thorough inspection of the attic, therefore, we needed an additional inspection to ensure that the asbestos was removed/handled properly. His pricing was black and white. 2 star. His team- Rego and Hector were very professional. They answered my 100 questions as I'd expect. Very good size crew came and finished the job asap. 3 star. Efficient- they tapped everything and covered all entries and windows. They vacuumed and cleaned the floors. 4. Environmentally safe- Knowing the asbestos items were being picked up and taken away by a separate driver and that I would receive confirmation of its delivery to the appropriate disposal site made me feel very comfortable. I was very pleased with their meticulous process to follow EPA standards and regulations. Also providing certificates and copies of all required documents was very solid. -1 star cause they left a 4inch cut on one wall, but nothing a little sparkle and touch up paint can't take care of.
