Yes they were bad, really bad. Recently I saw the Tuggles Curbside Cleaning truck in my neighborhood and thought what a brilliant service to offer. He came the next trash day and when I returned home from work I barely recognized my bins! So clean and even smelled nice. It's been two weeks and they still smell good!
