They can give you cleaning advice; just tell them your cleaning need, and they can pick just the right thing for the job, (and no...in case you're wondering, because I would wonder if I hadn't been there before...they've never tried to upsell anything on me, they just sell what I need, and not what I don't). If you already know their products as I do, you can just call and tell them what you want and you can pay for it over the phone and basically do a drive-through. Whether you're familiar with them or not, I'd call ahead and they will save you some time by preparing your order for you. I will be going there this week, and normally I go to the show room so I can browse around for little things, but the three things my household cannot do without are the magnum degreaser, the lemon disinfectant cleaner, and the glass cleaner, and there is the blue kind and the purple kind, which is more concentrated, stronger. They're the cleaning trinity for me. They have the empty spray bottles so you can determine the concentration level you want for your home. I mix them (not together, obviously, but individually), at the ratios I want, which can be at two or three different ratios depending on the specific usage, then they're ready to go for light or heavy-dirt cleaning. Of course they have scrubbers, plungers, brooms, mops, vacuums, dusters, and everything you could possibly need to clean up any hot mess you might have (except the actual person to do it for you:/, that would be cool). They've always been friendly and helpful to me, I saw a comment on here and I can't even conceive of who the reviewer might have possibly encountered, but personally, it made me wonder if it was legit. Anyway, all I can say is that I have picked up my cleaning products there for well over 20 years (I choose the concentrated forms of supplies; I prefer a gallon of concentrate for most products, so I can make them as strong or weak as I need them to be, and I don't have to buy as often, also a plus, and what I get actually works), and I have never had anything but polite and helpful service, and dare I say it? Even cheerful service. Yep. So, not only do I get something that's more economical in the long run that is more efficient, but they'll also give me advice on any particular cleaning problem I have, and I can't get that at the grocery store. I also can't get professional-grade cleaning supplies or the pro quality equipment at the grocery store either. My favorite unusual thing there is a little packet product that you sprinkle over biohazard fluids so it will absorb it, and then you can sweep it away, rather than grabbing every towel you can find to soak it up, ruining all your towels in the process. Good stuff to have on hand.

The service was excellent - the owner was present, and was funny, nice, and very helpful. He helped us get a great vacuum made with good materials (remember when appliances were actually made of metal?!) that would be repairable, and even quickly showed us how to replace parts, etc. This guy knows his vacuums! Even better, now I have a locally owned business to get cleaning supplies. They are geared towards commercial users, but I find that a plus personally because there is a lot less gimmicky stuff (and overpriced stuff) than big box stores, and if anybody knows how to clean things - it's the people who do it for a living.
