One star for false advertising. They are NOT open 24 hours, they do NOT answer the phone or return phone calls-- even though their signs and website say otherwise. Do not count on them in an emergency. I really needed their help and they were not there. I called from home, then went there in person when there was no response. I then called again and rang the doorbell while standing outside a glass door that stated in large letters that they were open-- right at the time I was there and open 24 hours in general. read more

I have never had to use a bail bond office before, unfortunately there's a first time for everything, I called a few that weren't very helpful and did not seem to care about my situation, only the money involved. Once I called All City in Seattle, They immediately made me feel comfortable and did a great job explaining the process and everything I need to do and what to expect. They have kept in contact with me just to check in, which makes me feel like they actually care about the person and not just "doing their job". Four years back in 2007, I got into some trouble with the law and was in the need of help from a bailing company so I called All City Bail Bonds. I think the bail was around $800-$900 dollars and in less then 3-4hrs I was bailed out and was free to go. All City, was vary professional and super helpful. That was 4 years ago now fast forward to last week. To my surprise I got a call from All City Bail Bonds company, saying that I have a refund coming back from 2007. Sweet, I thought to myself I sure need the money. well I got the check this week and the check was for $750.00 I was amazed, it was like christmas in june. I couldn't believe they gave me the refund, I mean it has been over 4 years most businesses would had kept the money, I mean even most banks would had kept it. When someone you love is arrested the feelings & thoughts are overwhelming. I phoned All City at least six times with questions & concerns before I made the choice to post the requested bail. Both Martin & Stacey were amazing. They were calm, polite & compassionate. They never seemed annoyed by my emotional state or many questions. I had never experienced anything like this & certainly didn't expect to be spending my day gathering money & posting bail. When I arrived at the office in Seattle I was greeted kindly & treated with respect. Again, my questions were answered with honesty & integrity. Stacey made a horrid day as easy as she could. Four hours later I picked up the person I posted bail for at their office. He was also treated with kindness & respected. So much so that he later thanked me for choosing All City. When it was all over I told Stacey I hoped I never had to see her there again to which she smiled, shook my hand and replied " story of my life." This company sells bail bonds that are only good for one year. Unfortunately, once that year is up you have to pay them again. Do yourself a favor and find a company that sells bonds that do not expire. Many trials take longer than a year to get to court. Mine did. read more

Wow, I have delt with Bail bondsman before but this is the worst one yet. Troy and staff give you the run around and striaght out lie just to try and get you to lose your collateral. I would rather stay in jail than have any of my family use this merchant. It's better to stay out of trouble but if you need a bondsman, I would think twice before I would use this one. read more
