He got picked up on a warrant for one no show on a court date that he planned on quashing. And now this crooked bail bondsman place slapped the FULL bail back on and is telling us we need to reinstate it due to liability issue. What?!! Oh so you all want even more money from us now??!! Dirty bail bondsman company! And my son has a developmental delay. My dad just passed away and we've been dealing with that because my son was living with my dad and we found my dad in his apartment laying on the floor dead!! So yeah sorry we missed his one zoom court date that was on that same day that we found my dad! This is ridiculous!! Have a heart people!! Have some compassion.

You'll even find yourself thinking about leaving a $250 credit for next time, because you'll want to be bonded by them again! Didn't give me the "700 credit score" or "co signer" or "what assets do you have" spiel. (Yes some of them require this if you didn't know) I spoke with two different bondsmen here. The gentleman I dealt with at night was okay, but the one during the day is the reason I'm writing this review--he truly goes above and beyond. He showed empathy and care every step of the way. He checked the roster for me to confirm my boyfriend's court date, passed along a message when my boyfriend didn't have a phone, and even made sure he got home safely after navigating the light rail from SCORE to Lynnwood. He followed up with me about the court date when we were running late, even though ignoring me would have meant more money in his pocket (like other bondsmen have done in the past). I even called late at night, distressed, and he was ready to help me at 10pm if I had my paperwork in order. I called all the everett bondsman, this place is the most affordable, friendliest, and personable, especially for newcomers (there was zero frustration for not knowing protocol).

So they think that they can just get everything taken care of in the new companies name and they won't ever have to pay what they owe or do what they are supposed to do. This is why bail bondsmen have such bad reputations. Snohomish already refused to allow them to write bail there because they aren't stupid, and the other counties want their money. The owner is in debt up to his eyeballs - IRS liens and all sorts of crazy shit, so they put the company in someone else's name - someone too stupid to realize what will happen to her when this blows up in her face. And if THAT isn't a good enough reason to not deal with this company, this is: when you bail someone out, you sign a General Power of Attorney, which gives them the right to seize your bank accounts, everything in your house (they will lie on the receipt) , and your cars (you won't even know it's happened until some big guy shows up and drives off in it - and the cops won't help, because they have used that GPA to transfer the title into their name already.) And then, if you want your shit back, they will charge you on top of what you already owe, to get your stuff back.
