So why don't you guys take bonds that are are $200. I understand there's a "limit" or amount you charge regardless of how low the bail is, so it's not going to be 10% or whatever. But I've done business before when you guys were in Seattle, and my sister only paid like $90 and it was a $500 bail. Believe me, $100 out of pocket is a big difference sometimes for someone that is in a tough spot. Plus I didn't see anything on your website saying you don't take bonds under a certain amount, thinking something might have changed from back when you were in Seattle. But no, it doesn't look like anything has changed. So why did that lady say that? She looked like she was the supervisor or something because she just told that kid to tell me no and left to the back. I ended up going to a place down the street and they did it right away. We were told many times that we could get bail bonds rewritten, then when it comes time to actually do it, they say that they cannot due to some comps policy.. Really poor handling of this.. I checked several times, to verify it.. and was told by the office manager that there was one that they couldn't do a rewrite on. read more

My mother was recently processed for the second time for a DUI. She is a wonderful person but mental health issues prevent her from healing. My family is already in a financial hardship so her incarceration has now amplified the burden. Already feeling distraught, I reached out to Aladdin Bail Bonds since I was able to trust their services previously. I was approved for monthly payments of $100 for 10% of the bond 5 years ago. This time I received the most frustrating customer service call I've ever experienced. The phone call started off very straightforward with the expected 10% amount of the bond which was $5035. I requested an application for monthly payments and personal information was asked which was expected. I then asked what would be the expected minimum payment and/or deposit based on their educated experience working on approvals from their insurance resource. This question was the conundrum. The first agent passed me over to the second agent without telling me. Then the second agent passed me to the manager also without telling me so the escalation was all because no one wanted to help me figure out an answer. The disconnect was that I needed to know the bare minimum that was acceptable based on what they knew was possible. No, not even the manager was able to give me a straightforward answer no matter how many ways I tried to phrase it. It was a very wishy-washy approach to finding the answers, and I was not able to receive any support for my situation. The worst part of the conversation was that the manager asked to speak with my husband, because he seemed more capable, which was outrageously unacceptable to treat me this way. I was not rude. I was very clear concise, and I never raised my voice, but the implication of information was very clear to me. I was told that there was no minimum so I provided any number but they were still very vague on any helpful information. After giving them the information they asked for regarding my husband's phone number they never called back so my brother called to amend the situation, but they kept him on Hold for a very long time. In the end, no one was helpful and we were left distraught and frustrated to say the least. I have never received such backhanded rude and un-empathetic service in my life. read more

Back in December 2022 I had an Aladdin bailbonds call me to bail my now ex friend, out of jail. I knew nothing about bailbonds or how to get one or anything I stay away from bad situations and I am always trying to be law abiding. Anyways, I sign the bonds and and other guy does and im the only one with a job or has a work ethic, except for the friend im bailing out she works and has a house. What could go wrong...!? It's been 6 months and she is supposed to be making 100$ payments was supposed to be more, but I had to make the first one and haven't since. Aladdin always comes after me I say go after the defendant there out of jail and get rent money and just started work this month June 2023. I'm harassed they come after me only cause I'm the only one with money but it's not my debt it's hers and she hasn't or won't pay it back it's running my credit and I want Aladdin to remove me from the co-signer and put her back in jail. Now I have to waste the courts time for small claims for 1600$ left cause she won't pay even with a new job and double renter income. Lesson never bail anyone out do the crime do the time, and Aladdin stop calling me plz harass the defendant.I have two stars cause they funded the money but there dirty they lose paperwork I've sent my union paperwork for discount at time of bail bond signing and I had to months again because my credit has never been entered. I have proof of email trails and phone and they have not given me any paper or email copy's of my discount. Def unprofessional read more

Worst company ever! I would recommend off the hook 1,000 times over these people. They gave us a run around FOR 48 hours,THEN THREATEN MY SELF, saying if I don't take care of this right now then they will surrender the other bond , so I did HOWEVER take care of everything they asked and and yet they still cashed in the bond, when they had no right to do so for $7200 (granted it was all paid) and then had the Nerve to tell me 9:00pm they made a mistake and my brother would NOT be getting out and would it be possible to come down to down town Seattle and resign another bond for twice the amount? Oh and by the way pay us another $6500!!! True story! If you have a ton of time to waste, lots of cash, and don't care how you treated go for it!!!otherwise you are wasting all your $ and time!!! read more

Do not under any circumstances use this business for bail bond services. Not only was $500.00 in collateral wrongfully taken from me when I bailed a family member out, but they have misplaced paperwork and drug their feet returning that money to me- two years later. Now since my debit card number has changed ( in 2 years) they refuse to return my money without a statement from the card is during bank. Although they have retained several other pieces of personally identifiable information. They have failed to apologize or take responsibility even though they admit the $500 should never had been taken from me in the first place. This is extremely poor customer service and they will treat you like a criminal even when you weren't the one behind bars! read more

So I probably spend more time in here than I should and that's why my review is mixed. Sometimes this office is cool and chill (and they are WAY nicer than the Seattle office omg). Like Trish and Shannon are some cool peeps that will go above and beyond to help you out. But there's this red haired woman that works there and she is nice but always seems to be loud and disorganized and trying to get in everyone else's business and trying to get you to call her on her cell phone.
