A family friend got on the wrong side of the law (alleged) and we called several Bond companies and All City Bail Bonds coordinated and moved so quickly to dispatch Mike to the remote location, our friend was out of jail within a couple of hours. I have never really dealt with anything legal, but my wife got arrested with a 23k bail. I called, the girl I dealt with was so sweet and walked me through every step of the way of the courts with my wife. We got her bail down to $2500 and I paid the $250 and they were even willing to work with me on that. I bugged them all day lol and they were so patient with me while I waited for her to get out. She knew I was waiting around and called me to tell me not to wait around, it was going to take longer than they thought because of the file. A friend of mine asked me to bail him out and I began calling places. His bail was $100,000 so I expected to pay the usual 10%. I called Cascade Bail Bonds in Everett Wa, asking if bail was an option as I had no collateral to secure the $100,000. I spoke with Bill Kron who said if I had a job he could have me sign a promissory note, and he would only require $8,000 instead of $10,000. I decided to go with Cascade and had my friend bailed out on December 8th of 2014. The people were nice, professional, and fast at getting my friend out. On December 19th my friend did not appear for his court appearance and disappeared. A few days later Bill and Mike Rocha came to my apartment looking for my friend. They asked to search which I allowed and spent close to an hour letting them search my email, phone and answering all their questions. This is I guess what they considered as "we'll be in and out". Mike Rocha told me something like 'we only care about the money were out.' Since they woke me up I drank some cold water which made me shiver. Mike said "you look nervous" and became very accusatory. I then told them they could leave. They searched my friends parents house, and returned multiple times with something like four employees to re-search. Their repeated visits resulted in the parents getting a restraining order against them. Then on January 6th I received a bill from Cascade for $100,150.00. I then began seeing how much I could pay them on a monthly basis from my $10.25 an hour job. After my next paycheck I mailed off a payment of $200.00, and a few days later a process server served me paperwork that I was being sued by Cascade for failure to pay. When looking through the packet of legal paperwork I noticed their lawyer had dated some of the documents before they ever sent me a bill. My friend had a house which was paid off and Cascade was trying to get ownership of through a lien. My friends parents did not want this to happen and were convinced to pay off the debt owed, which they did on March 20th. When I made the agreement with Cascade, I agreed to pay cost incurred in tracking down my friend if he ran. From December 8th to March 18th there was additional cost totaling $33,505.36 bringing the total bill to $133,505.36. After this bill was paid I contacted Cascade multiple times asking for an accounting of how they arrived at their figures, to which I never received a reply. Here's a breakdown of their bill: Bond forfeiture paid to the Court - $100,000.00 Subsequent Investigative Costs - $25,000.00 "the actual amount incurred in currently in excess of $30,000, but my client will discount said amount" Failure to Appear Fee - $150.00 Accrued Interest at 12% on $100,000 from 2/24/15 - 3/18/15 - $855.36 Legal Fees and Costs - $7,500.00 "the actual amount continues to increase, but my client is willing to cap said fees and costs" When you give Cascade what they are seeking they are nice and professional, but the moment you are unable to do so their demeanor changes. It should be said that Bill Kron was always polite and professional, but Mike Rocha was not. read more

Fortunately, I am unfamiliar with how to use bail bonds. So I was extremely thankful for Stacy's (Cascade Bail Bonds) help. She walked me through every step and made it clear she could empathize with my situation. She advised me the cheapest route to go as well!! This was all over the phone, when I finally met her in person I was greeted with a handshake and a big smile!! She was more than happy to help & give her assistance! I KNOW THIS REVIEW IS LONG AS FUCK AND HAD TO BE POSTED IN SECTIONS. Its a long story, sorry. I got picked up a couple weeks ago on a failure to appear warrent for a theft 3 charge from 2011. Because I had failed to appear on this charge a couple times and it had been 2 years since I missed my court date, and was running around with a warrent, when I went to court in jail the next morning for arraignment the judge&prosecutors decided to keep my bail at $7500 (bondable) basically in hopes I would be stuck in there till court, or if I managed to get bailed out, I would go... Lucky a friend of mine bailed me out after I was in there for 3 days. It cost him $750 and he had to put up hos 2005 mustang for the rest as collateral. They were pretty quick getting me out and I went there the next day to fill out some paperwork. While I was there they didn't really say anything to me, didnt walk me through any rules or anything. Just fill this out, alright peace out. Well a week or so later, the "friend" who had bailed me out, started threatening to revoke my bail, he was trying to control me and hold that he bailed me out over my head, trying to control me. Told me I wasn't allowed to leave his house, I wasn't allowed to talk to certain people. He was really verbally abusive and tried to force me to have sex with him, I woke up in the middle of the night and he was trying to shove his hands in my pants during my sleep. I felt extremely uncomfortable and unsafe. We agreed in exchange for bailing me out I agreed to stay there till my 1st court date. After being there for 2 weeks straight, I went to my moms for Christmas eve, and Christmas day (which was also my moms birthday) I was supposed to stay for one night, and I ended up staying 2. My "friend" got angry I didn't come right back to his house, told me I was no longer welcome there, threw away/gave away everything I owned that I had at his house. Which was alot; 2/3 my wardrobe, basically every pair of shoes I owned, my cats food, litter box, toys. Almost everything I owned. Then he said he was going to revoke my bail. So I called Cascade bail, explained the situation and asked if it were possible for him to do that. They told me there was no way he could do that, unless I wasnt going to court and I didn't need to worry. Well I went to my court date, all went well and I walked outside. Two guys call me over and say they are from Cascade bails and they need to talk to me because my friend was wanting to take himself off my bail and they needed to decide if they were going to. They asked me where I was staying, I said My friends up until he threw me out. And I went home to my moms after that and had been there since, and thats where I was planning to go back to right then. They asked to call my mom and she told them the same thing. They said that he had told them I left without telling him where I was going, he couldnt get ahold of me, I apparently told him "kiss your car goodbye bitch, cause im not going to court". I was pretty much homeless, running around with a bunch of dudes, doing a bunch of meth and heroin. None of which was true. They were saying were going to take you into custody and decide what to do. They asked me had I been using, I told them absolutely not, explained he was lieing, obviously I went to court, I just came from there. They kept saying they weren't arresting me, then proceeded to take me to jail, tell me I was a liar, I was using drugs, staying all over the place, not doing what I should be doing and that they were revoking my bail. While I was waiting to get booked they allowed me to use my phone to call my family and boyfriend and explain the situation. Then they told me if I could get someone to pay my bail, they would do the bond for me?? Which makes no sense considering they revoked mine for "not doing what I was supposed to do". While I was calling my mom and a few other people, Matt took my phone and explained what was going on and told them, explained they could do another bond for me, pressured my mom, step mom, boyfriend to come in immediately and did they own a vehicle, or a home.
