This place is completely ridiculous! I've been trying to bail my friend out for 2 weeks now dealing with Aladdin. Anytime I try calling them they answer and put me on hold for an extremely long time up to an hour then they hang up on me! This has happened many many times! Then when I am able to speak to someone all of their staff is extremely rude and disrespectful, they do not want to help at all! They have made this process a nightmare. I was finally told I got approved and I paid $6,000 for the bail, but I was just excited to be approved and finally get my friend out after 2 weeks of dealing with this... but then last minute they say they actually need even more money before they can bail my friend out... even though I did everything they have asked and I was already told everything was approved and ready to go! Extremely upsetting. I told them I needed just a couple of days to get the extra thousand dollars they asked for which they said was fine and they could wait a few days for that, but I wake up the next morning to a text from Aladdin saying they are "tired of going back and fourth with me and they have decided to cancel my case and throw all my documents away" also the worst part is, they claim that they already refunded me cash, in person, the $6,000 I gave them for the bail, but this never happened! I never went and picked up my money! I told them they are lying and they are totally making things up and they reply saying that they would never lie. I can't believe this mess! Now I can't even go to a different bail bonds place because I don't have the money for the bail anymore since Aladdin literally stole everything from me, and threw all my documents away just because they don't have any patience and are tired of working with me? When they are the ones that have made this a roller coaster and yet I have been nothing but nice to these extremely RUDE people! I can't believe this is happening and I am at a loss of what to do!
