    I would rate at negative stars if I could. I have been a US Cellular customer for 2 decades. For…read moremost of that time, I have been a satisfied customer except for the price of my bill. But have mostly had a good experience, that is up until Wednesday. Almost like clockwork, both me and my husband's phones malfunctioned on the same day. So, I called to make an insurance claim. Which, I must say was an extreme cluster. Once I finally got the claims made, I was advised that they would be sending us new remanufactured phones. When the phones were delivered, my husband took them up to the store to be activated and at that point, we found out that they sent us T Mobile phones and not US Cellular phones and that we could not get them hooked up to our account. I was working so I had to spend way too much time and energy getting through to someone at the insurance carrier and they were of no assistance. We had spent at least 10 hours on this between being on the phone with the insurance and being at the store to finally give up and purchase a new phone so my husband could get back to work. Now, I have to go through the hassle again of calling the insurance company to get the phones returned and the correct phones delivered to us. Who knows how long that will take. In the meantime, I cannot access so many of my accounts because they have to send a code to the phone number associated with the account so I can access my own account. This is going to lead to late payments and who knows what other issues. I am so beyond angry, to the point that I will most likely be leaving your company after 2 decades. This needs to be made right. My husband's income and my side income depend on our phones, and we are losing so much money, besides all the other issues this is causing.
