Okay I understand that. But don't have one employee say they can make copies for me and the other tell me no. But Pat, the owner, was not only down right rude, she shamed me in front of other customers regarding how I run my business. She is at her core unfriendly, and unwilling to listen. Pat is wildly unknowledgeable of how businesses operate today, it's not 1987, it's 2024, lady. The poor staff struggle to be helpful given their limited resources, but they do try. As much as Pat wasted my time, she did end up leading me to a much better virtual mailbox option. I don't like to take the time to leave negative reviews, but this wasn't the 1st, or even 5th, negative experience at this store. Was definitely the last! FYI she also owns the Bettendorf store...

I had one more question before heading out with what i thought would be a smile on my face. I then asked which of the 3 types of paper I had selected would be her recommendation. As she was answering my question, another lady in the back (probably a manager) came out of her office and started talking with an incredibly rude tone. She told me that -these- things take a very long time and that the other lady had made an appointment. She said I should've made and appointment.
