NOT RECOMMENDED!!!!! Our sweet kitty, Emmy has suffered from Stomatitis (if you are unsure, Google it) for years. Our primary vet has treated Emmy for the last 3-4 years from Stomatitis and recommended that we begin thinking about extracting all her teeth in an effort to combat the Stomatitis. Unfortunately, at the time, our Vet did not have the resources for a full extraction and recommended that we find a cat dentist who could provide us the dental services we needed. About 2 weeks ago, Emmy began another Stomatitis infection; we decided that enough was enough and we'd bare the expense of the full extraction. With that, we contacted All Cats Care Center as their ad stated that they could provide full dental services. We made an appointment (05/05/2025) and had our current vet forward Emmy's records over (these 3 years of records obviously shows that we have been aggressively treating her for years, certainly not neglecting her health). When my fiance brought Emmy to her appointment, he was spoken to like he was the worst pet owner in the World (to be fair, Emmy was very sick and looked it as well). However, if they'd bother to have read her medical record, they would have seen the exact opposite. He was spoken to in such a condescending, demeaning way. When Dr. Peggy finally "examined" our Emmy, she stated that Emmy had a tumor under her tongue that was more than likely malignant. When my fiancé asked what made her think that, he was told: "my years of experience and expertise". Dr. Peggy further stated that the only way to know would be to do a biopsy; however, she encouraged euthanizing Emmy. Dr. Peggy then stated that Emmy had an ear infection (which she'd showed no signs of at home) and provided us with a $130 antibiotic. Stunned, my finance took the medication and Emmy home. That night, after many tears and sobs, we decided that we would bring Emmy back to our regular vet with the information that All Cats Care Provided us. When we called our regular vet on Tuesday, 05/06/2025, we were told to bring her in immediately. Our vet performed a FULL examination, drew blood, and looked at the "tumor" in her mouth. We decided that we would have Emmy biopsied on Thursday, 05/09/2025. She was put through a lot of tests to make sure that she was healthy enough for sedation and provided her with an antibiotic shot and a steroid shot. After, in the 10 minutes it took us to bring her home, our Emmy was back to her normal self. And, by the way, she was also swabbed for an ear infection that came back negative!!!!! Long story, now short, Emmy's "tumor" was removed on 05/09/25 and was not in fact a tumor at all, just an additional pocket infection from the Stomatitis (Important Note: our vet was kind enough to groom and wash her after the biopsy, so she came home looking beautiful with a new scarf on - that's called CLASS!) To be sure, we sent the biopsy out to histology so we would know 100%. Last night, our amazing vet called to provided us with the best news ever......Emmy does not have a tumor, nor does she have cancer, and the pocket infection has been completely eradicated!!!!! Thanks, All Cats Care for making us spend a week thinking our kitty was about to cross the rainbow bridge causing us heartbreak that we did not need to go through. The only good thing I can say here is that we donated the antibiotic for the fake ear infection to our Vet for another person whose cat actually has an ear infection and may not have the funds to purchase the medicine. Good on us, if we'd listened to Dr. Peggy, our sweet Emmy would be gone from this World for nothing!!!!! read more

DO NOT GO TO THIS VET, gave my cat a shot I didn't agree too, misdiagnosed and lied about my cat having an ear infection and crystals in my cats pee multiple times so I would buy pills and food and eat drops to give to my cat when he didn't need any of it. (went to another VET and verified he has none of these). Not trustworthy at all. I never felt like my appointments were meaningful or helpful, only to see a bunch of extra charges and fees. I wouldn't recommend at all. Also, a $200 "emergency" fee or "same day" fee when she probably has openings anyway. read more

We recently moved out of the city and wanted to try and find a vet closer to our new home, so we took our sick cat in to All Cats Care. The vet techs and front office staff were kind, professional, and amazing to me, my wife, and our poor sick kitty. Then, the vet slammed the door open, openly sighed, and for the rest of our visit, it really she felt she was inconvenienced that we were there. For context, my cat had diarrhea, was lethargic, and had a really sore and bald booty. The vet did not look at her butt until she was reminded by the vet tech to do so. Instead, she diagnosed my cat with dirty teeth and an ear infection. We paid more than $300 for blood work that I'm not sure we actually needed. The vet was almost incoherent the entire time. Both my wife (the smartest person I know) and I were totally confused on the actual diagnosis... there was no write-up for follow up care, but don't worry everyone- there was a bill. I do not recommend this establishment. We will be ponying up the gas prices to take our cats back to their regular vet. (P.S., the vet was also smack-talking other vets in the area while we were in the room... not cool.) read more

Went once, never going back. At check in the receptionist said "the doctor is most likely going to find an ear infection, would you like to approve [some kind of medical procedure] now"? My cats have never had ear issues or ear mites. It's unnerving that they're making making diagnosis before even seeing the cat. Then of course the doctor found an ear infection as the first first part of the well-visit checkup exam. I will be getting a second opinion. Then the doctor asked about our cats sibling who passes away a couple years back. Without knowing this cat, ever seeing it, etc the doctor very strongly suspects it was heartworm that killed my cat and that "maybe I didn't mean to, but missing heartworming 1 month (for our indoor only cat) probably lead to his death". She's wrong, because he's had a heart condition since he was a kitten that we were aware of and it's what led to his death per the emergency clinic (and I believe them). I don't know why she'd thought it would be a good idea to bring this up and look like a fool making such an outlandish claim with absolutely no evidence at all. Finally when looking for reccommendations for a vet, someone on reddit contact me warning me to not go here because they accidentally killed her cat. This commentor said they learned how the cat died when a vet tech called her to tell her the truth that the doctor was denying -- that the doc put a feeding tube into the cats lungs. I thought it was just one person on the internet and still booked. But seeing this place and interacting with the doctor, I am not at all surprised. This will be our only visit here. All Cats Care Center - My Simon....miss you - Veterinarians Near Me - Webster, New York

I have a veterinarian in Webster that I am very happy with, but they don't offer pet boarding services. Since I was taking a short vacation, I decided to give All Cats Care a try for boarding my elderly cat. I provided proof of my cat's vaccinations and regular veterinary care, but I was told by the staff that he would also need to have a mandatory checkup for $25. I reluctantly agreed, but said I do not want any extras added because I have my own vet and have no intentions of changing vets. I received a cost estimate before I dropped off my cat. I asked the staff to call me if he needed any emergency medical care. I also asked them to get my approval before charging me for any extra services beyond the basic checkup (that I did not feel was necessary). On the last day of my trip, I called in to pay by credit card over the phone since my sister was picking up the cat. The receptionist was unsure of the cost. I asked her why the price would vary from the estimate I was given at the start. She said that they hadn't given him a checkup yet so she didn't know the cost. I was shocked and asked why the checkup was necessary since he would be going home later that morning. She said the doctor was too busy and didn't get to it. I asked her not to add any extras and that I would be taking him to my own vet. I told her that I would only pay for the basic $25 checkup. When, I got home, I found out that I was charged to treat an ear infection. No one had called for approval before charging me. I also suspect that he contracted the infection while boarding since he was not examined at the start of his visit. I would have preferred to treat his ears at my own vet. They took good care of my cat and he seemed well adjusted when I got home, but I was turned off by how aggressively they tried to get me to change doctors. I was pleased with the facilities and he was well cared for. He seemed happy, but there are a lot of hidden fees and I don't care for how they try to steal patients. My regular vet is unable to offer surgery right now and my cat has stomatitis. I asked her to please leave his front teeth if they were healthy. He lost ALL his teeth she said she was going to use his front teeth to show students. I saw them and they looked perfectly healthy ( nope not a vet could be wrong) but wtf she was excited. The state of her OR space is so far from sterile it's scary. It is a tiny room that houses everything lab, OR, and boarding cages. So for those of you keeping score at home she had me redo blood panels even though my vet had just done them and she had his file from them so $200. Then $1,500 for the shit show she did to my cat. He went back 3 days later with a fever she said he didn't have an infection yet gave me an antibiotic and said he needed IV fluid $70. Two days later and his mouth smells like something died in there and he is drooling like crazy. I saw two types of cars come and go. Cats loosing their teeth or in a box from being put down. This place is a shot show. And to mimic some other comments the vet tech is timid not knowledgeable and when given a customer who wants choices she is at a loss and just hopes they give up and move on. Lastly they are still COVID protocol so do t forget your mask ( no they don't keep any on hand). I will never subject my pet to this insane asylum again. read more

We already knew he had an ear infection, and they decided to do a test anyway without our consent. Just confused as to why they didn't perform this test one of the past two times we have been in (in the last two months). Turned out he has a yeast ear infection, not bacterial. We had been given medicine for a bacterial infection. So we have been paying for the incorrect medicine this whole time. Makes absolutely no sense. i wish i could give them 0 stars. they told me that i had to spend 350 on blood tests before i could get him fixed, they print me out this paperwork that said it's almost 600/700 for blood work and to get him fixed his shots were 150 and my vet i normally went to didn't have an openings so i took him there i finally got back in with my normal vet to finish his second distemper and he's being fixed in november for 200$ instead. if you want your wallets taken advantage of definitely be my guest and go here. When my cat suddenly got incredibly ill, vomiting multiple times and not acting like herself, I called multiple vets because I was new to the area and live in the city. While four other vets were giving me dates that were weeks/months out, ACCC squeezed us in the next day because they knew the meaning of an emergency. The staff was caring and kind, and quickly was able to diagnose, treat, and get her home to me, for much less money than expected. I wish I had never taken our 13 year old cat here for what I thought would be a routine checkup, nail clipping and shots. He was not happy to be handled and became very upset, fighting, crying, struggling, trying to bite and claw the technicians when they tried to cut his nails. After 5 minutes and only 1 nail cut, I told them to just forget it, that he is too upset and I didn't want him to hurt them and I didn't want to put him through that. When the doctor came in, we talked and he was fairly calm. Then it was time to take his blood pressure. Why? I have never had a vet do this. He went crazy again and this time the doctor and tech held him down (mainly the doctor while the tech tried to attach the blood pressure "cuff" to his back leg) -- under a towel, completely covering him and he cried and twisted and howled and eventually peed all over. I was very upset seeing him like this. They seemed so rough and, honestly, I worried he'd have a heart attack or a stroke. Finally, using brute strength to hold him down, they got his blood pressure. Then came a rabies shot and nasal distemper. He fought and fought and cried and she held the towel down tighter and tighter. Then she took him out of the room to draw blood. Why not there in front of me? 10-15 minutes later she came in carrying him, not even wrapped in a towel and he was a different cat--no struggling. I asked her if she sedated him. She said, "no, I know how to handle cats. His nails are cut too." I left with a very bad feeling, but I also felt badly he had clawed and bitten her and the techs. I told myself they had no choice, that he was fine. Well, that was 3 days ago and now he can't jump up on our bed and even when walking he is obviously in pain. His back leg or legs seem to be the issue. He's walking with a limp and his back legs have actually given out on him! He was just fine in this regard prior to this visit. He had NO mobility issues whatsoever. He is a different cat and I am very afraid that this is the beginning of a downturn in his health -- all because I was trying to do the right thing by getting him a well check up. $300 on blood pressure, 2 vaccines, a senior blood panel and nail clipping would have been okay if after it all he was the same healthy cat as before. I will not return. I feel so guilty for putting him through that. They could have sedated him (she led me to believe she would do so to take the blood since he was so upset). Why would you choose to put an elderly cat, especially, though that -- pinning him down forcefully with a towel over his entire body, including his head? I should have stopped her like I stopped the techs. I keep talking to him and apologizing. I am so upset with myself for choosing this place and for not being assertive and insisting on sedation. I just hope that his issues are temporary and a result of sore muscles from the exertion of struggling so hard and so long and that with some rest he'll return to normal. read more

Worst vet experience I've ever had! Took my cat who wasn't eating. Dr. Peggy visually examined her mouth and said it looked like a tumor and 90% of them are cancer/fatal. I asked that they do xrays. After, she told me xrays showed what she suspected - cancerous tumor. At that point I just was getting bad feelings so I asked for a 2nd opinion. She said it would take about 2 days. On the 4th day, I called and asked that records/xrays be sent to another vet that I trusted. Dr. got on the phone and said 2nd opinion just came in and confirmed cancerous tumor. She said "it's non-invasive but could come back"???? Come back? It was in her mouth NOW according to her. I made an appointment with a reputable vet. The next day Dr. Peggy called and said the 2nd diagnosis was for ANOTHER cat and she was sorry!! I could have euthanized my cat 2-3 times based on her diagnosis. Turns out it was dental disease and teeth were removed. I will never walk into that vet again. I wasted $260 there and could have listened to her and euthanized an otherwise healthy cat. read more

I should have dug deeper and read more reviews before I brought my kitten to the All Cats Care Veterinary Clinic. I got a kitten from a pet rescue. She was spayed, microchipped and up to date on all shots when I got her. I had all the paperwork, etc. I brought my 9-month-old kitten in for a wellness exam, mostly just to meet the vet and establish a relationship for the future. They advertise a $25 special first visit fee. The vet looked in her ears and said she had double ear infections and prescribed an antibiotic. She also looked at her gums and said she had gingivitis. She said the gingivitis could be due to previously having flees and a blood test needed to be done. It was called a Bartonella FeBart test. No one mentioned the blood test could take weeks to get the result. The vet did mention she had to do the test in order to determine the correct treatment. She could not treat my kitty without knowing if the test was positive or not. She said my kitty could have serious dental issues in the future if not treated. After one week I called to get the blood test results and was told the results were not back yet. That particular test can take a while and the vet will call me when the results are in. Two weeks later I called again and was told the same thing that this test takes a while. I was also told that the sample is sent to a lab in Texas and the office has no control over how long it takes the lab to test it and send it back in the mail. I called again the Wednesday before Christmas as Christmas day would be four weeks since they drew the blood. I was again told by the receptionist that the results were not in yet and that the Bartonella test takes a long time. She said it was due to the back up of mail for the holidays and COVID vaccine deliveries. I questioned her that the office/vet doesn't think something is wrong when lab work is not returned in four weeks' time? I said, "doesn't the vet think a phone call to the lab is necessary to find out the status of the blood work?" The receptionist stated she couldn't call the lab due to privacy issues, but she would talk to the vet and the vet could make the call. She said she would get back to me. I was unaware that veterinarians followed HIPPA laws. Approximately two hours later, I received a call from the receptionist. She said, "I have good news, we received the results and it is negative." I thought, of course it's negative. The vet either never even drew the blood or knew it would not be a positive result. She wasn't worried about the results because she knew there wouldn't be a treatment necessary. I called a friend who works at another vet clinic to ask about this Bartonella FeBart test. They were surprised someone would ask about this test. Vets do not typically do this test as it is unreliable and therefore pointless. Most vets rule out other causes first and then decide to treat the gingivitis with antibiotics if they think it is necessary. By the way, my friend also told me that a 9- month-old kitty probably has irritated gums because she is teething and not due to having bartonella from fleas in the past. My total bill came to $207.10. This doctor ripped me off. She took my money for a test that was unnecessary. I do not believe she actually drew blood. I have no proof as she went into another room with my kitty. She made a point to tell me her hind leg was wet because of the solution they applied before drawing the blood. I thought this was kind of odd. I will never bring my kitty back to this facility again. After digging deeper and looking at older reviews of this facility, others have posted the same complaints. I do not understand how a veterinarian can get away with running this type of practice. read more

So I had an appointment, second appt. just moved from Denver. I will report what I saw because as a health care professional myself, witnessed a cat under anesthesia for an unnecessarily longer time than required. The vet tech let her know on three separate occasions that the cat was ready for the procedure. After my cat had his nails trimmed , 20 minutes later and the vet was still in her office on the phone. I felt she had no sense of urgency , and I thought to myself thank god that is not my cat. Anesthesia needs to be taken more seriously. I am a anesthetist and will never ever bring my cat there again, not even for a nail trim. read more

All cats care center is an amazing vet. my 7-yr old cat was having severe balance issues starting back in November & spent over $1100 at my former vet for meds, exams, diagnostic tests, etc & they were unable to find anything wrong. i took Jax to Dr Staderman @ All cats Care in Webster & within 2 weeks & $200 she was able to diagnose BOTH of his Bula's (inner ear bone) were infected & has been cured ever since! i wish i had taken him there before the "high technology" vet changed me over $1000!! thank you Dr S & all your staff! i am very grateful that you took the time to examine him,, LISTEN to my concerns and diagnose in a fraction of the time (and cost) as my former vet! read more

I have been taking my four cats to All Cats Care for 7+ years! Dr. Staderman has shown to be truly caring and very knowledgeable. She has always done her best even when my coon cat Queenie was a very difficult critter. My other cats, however have a good experience and are very healthy because of her great care. I have adopted two brothers from her, and they are thriving and happy. Queenie is even happier because Dr. S. educated my husband and I about various cat needs and in particular her teeth. Queenie doesn't like being around other cats but at least she isn't hissing so much since her dental care! The staff is always the kindest and helpful. They are very understanding to the owner's feelings too. When my sweet little cat Rex got into a fight with some critter one evening last May(2014), we were worried sick. We had to take him to Emergency Care because of the holiday weekend. The people at the center were very kind but unfortunately they missed a second wound on the same hind paw. This caused an unrelenting infection to fester. We were all very worried about the leg. Fortunately for Rex, Dr. Staderman found the second infected wound and treated him accordingly. He recovered so quickly, we were all elated. Now Rex is a normal, happy cat. You can't tell he ever had such a serious problem. There is no scar and he walks with ease and comfort. I completely trust Dr. Staderman with my cats' lives. Some cats are often frightened by new circumstances regardless of how they behave at home. Cats can't be reasoned with just like children hate shots. It helps to be realistic that cats can pick up on our nervousness also. I can't imagine why anyone would try to ruin someone's reputation. My cat is the most personable, and we'll mannered cat and she had him screaming and hissing and jumped at any sound or motion. She blamed it on him not being used to being around other cats, which I told her 3 time he gets along fine with other cats. She was not nice, not understanding...and she had the crazy eyes. Just straight batty. The worst part of my visit was when she tried getting my cat to swallow a pill and she couldn't get him to do it. She used this device - a pill popper where you stick it all the way in the back of their throat so they gag, open their throat and automatically swallow. ...After a few tries with no luck she began to what looked like stabbing his throat with this thing causing him to scream!!!! She then tells me... he's nervous and needs a warm towel, and that she was going to take him to the back to put a warm towel around him.... As she closes the door behind her It literally sounded like she was killing my cat.... blood curdling screams from my poor boy. Funny thing, she came back out with him with no damn warm towel either! She wanted me to pay a fortune to figure out why my cat was puking so much, by running every single test imaginable rather than one after another if it didn't work. I told her I'd get back to her.... Although Yelp may not "recommend" my review because I don't post reviews every time I walk out the door, it doesn't mean my experience is any less valid than someone who posts reviews all the time. So here goes: We have taken our cat to All Cats for the past several months and he has received EXCELLENT care. All the staff is thoughtful, patient and kind. Dr. S. has always treated him with respect and has been gentle. Previous vets told us there was nothing we could do for our beloved kitty other than let his terminal illness run its course. So after feeling helpless and sad for many months we finally heard about All Cats from a friend. We immediately took our kitty there and he was given a thorough physical ( better than any my cats have received in the past) and while it is true that there is no cure, Dr. S. has helped us to treat his symptoms so that his remaining time is quality time and not just time waiting for him to die. We have received tremendous emotional support and understanding from Dr. S. and all the staff, right from the techs to the receptionists. And I can honestly say that the gift of quality time with our kitty during this stage of his life is priceless. We are so very grateful to everyone at All Cats for helping us have that extra time with the kitty we love! read more

We have taken our cats to All Cats Care Center for over 7 years. We needed to board our kitties for a few days and one of our cats does not do well around dogs. After researching some places in the area, we decided on All Cats Care Center because we could board them for a few days without them being caged all day/night and without dogs being at the same location. We loved that the kitties would be able to roam around during the day! Our kitties were happy and relaxed when we arrived to pick them up and that is when we decided to switch our vet and start going to Dr. S. About 2 years ago, our oldest cat (age 13) was having trouble breathing when we arrived home from work. We immediately called Dr. S. and she had us bring him in right away. She referred us to the emergency vet to have more tests done. We found out that Levi had lymphoma with pleural effusion (fluid collecting around his lungs making it difficult for him to breathe). We called Dr. S. unsure of what our options were to help save Levi's life. After talking with her, we decided our last resort was to take Levi to the Cornell Vet Clinic in Ithaca. Dr. S. was extremely compassionate offering us emotional support during this difficult time. She even gave us her personal phone number so that we could call her when we got the results of Levi's tests at Cornell. Unfortunately, the fluid was collecting around his lungs so rapidly, nothing could be done to treat him while maintaining his quality of life. Dr. S. told us to take him home and let him be with his brother and when we felt it was time she would come to our home and we would say goodbye. She felt this was best so that our other cat would understand where Levi went. We cherished the last few days with Levi in the comfort of our home. We cannot express our thanks and gratitude that we have a vet who truly understands that our kitties are a part of our family and what it meant to us to have her emotional support during such a sad and difficult time. read more

My cat had been seen by several vets in Rochester and I wasn't happy with any of them. He had pancreatitis & I was afraid he was dying. The vet he had been seeing wouldn't give me an appt. unless I was willing to wait 3 months. On the advice a friend, I went to All Cats Care & got an appt. the same day. She admitted him & he was back to himself in a week. I have been very happy with the care Dr. Peggy has given him. After visits to both emergency vets before she saw him, & many tests, we still can't figure out exactly what is wrong with him, but Dr. Peggy has been wonderful, explaining everything she has done (& what the others did & didn't tell me the results of). He has been in her hospital twice & I was allowed to see him & hold him everyday. He was treated gently & given the best treatment I could have expected. She is thorough & kind & makes every effort to accommodate emergencies. Everything is explained in advance, and discussed at length until there are no more questions. The prices are reasonable & every effort is made to make me and my cat comfortable. The people are all so nice & always make time to answer questions. It's obvious they all love cats. Only ever yelp review but I needed to post it in the hopes it helps someone else. There is a lot of issues being posted on Facebook right now about horror stories here so here's mine. I was a new client, I took my one cat there to be chipped and the vet pushed an ear infection issue. We then got a kitten and took him there with a diarrhea issue. The vet didn't remember me or my other cat (I was there one week before)and again pushed an ear infection issue (almost like this was a common skit/routine, this is echoed by many FB posts). The vet told us he also had a fever but said it wasn't a big deal. She was more concerned with pushing the ear infection. Two days later our kitten was lifeless and had soiled himself and couldn't move. $1,400 at the emergency vet later to save his life and they told us a kitten with a fever is a serious issue and we should have brought him in immediately. We now go to cats and critters and are so happy with their service. read more

I will never again take my cat to this place and definitely not recommend them to anyone else. My cat is 19 y/o I took him in for weight loss drinking alot. I was anxious after that appt. to take him back due to how she treated him and spoke to me. He was poked and prodded and was fighting the tx. she never has one of her staff come and assist her she has cat owner do it. That first exam he even struggled with me holding him. I notice she became frustrated and then went and got 2 of her staff to help. My boy is laid back I've never seen him react like that with anyone. The vet talked down to me on several occasions I always left with the feeling of inadequate. He was dx with thyroid and early stage kidney disease. I bought the food and pills needed. I cried all the way home after f/u appt. from the way she talked to me making it sound like I let my cat get this sick talking down to me about how to take care of him. In April he came down with nasal congestion. So I took him to vet she checked him out said it was a respiratory even though he had no temp. and his lungs didn't sound too congested. She gave him antibiotic. Month later he still had gunk coming out of 1 nostril so I called and took him back in and we leave with another antibiotic. But she brought up other things to do like flush nose and culture what comes out. Sedate him and do a biopsy. I made it clear from the beginning I didn't want to sedate him due to his age etc. and he might not come out of it. In between all that he stopped eating off and on and I started to feed him with a syringe and bought cat sure. The 2nd antibiotic didn't work either so I called back she spoke with me on the phone she suggested again sedation, culture and possibly xrays that he might have a tumor in the nasal canal.. I had explained again that I'm on ssd and couldn't afford it all at one time. I asked if I could do payment plan. She said no that she has done that before and was taken for 20,000. I asked what am I going to do. I told her she was denying my cat humane help and and judging me on what other people did. My cat started eating again but stop grooming himself and since last friday is now sleeping under kitchen sink comes out to eat and drink. He looks horrible. It's killing me I love this cat very much but I'm being selfish by keeping him alive after all this and his age. I called the office today to make appt. to put him to sleep. Receptionist went to talk to dr. about. I asked why and was told to see if she'll do it. Receptionist said that dr. wanted to check his thyroid and kidneys again before putting asleep. I was upset I'm trying to let him die humanely and in peace and she wouldn't do it.I have ptsd and several physical health issues from cancer. My cat is a therapy service animal due to these and he has been so good to me. All I wanted was to do the humane thing for end of his life. In all my experience was terrible. The only reason I took him there was cause no dogs he is afraid of dogs. and limited on my transportation. It seems like she just wants to run a lot of tests and procedures and run up the fee. No one employed there knows what the other is doing either. read more

WOW!! STOP SEARCHING FOR A VET FOR YOUR CAT! Dr. Peggy saved my Izzy's life! My poor baby was so sick that it was a surprise she was still alive! She had a red blood cell count of 7!!! Dr Peggy was fast, and efficient in explaining the gravity of the situation, and was honest and upfront about the costs. She proactively treated for what she assumed was causing her to decline so rapidly and she was right on the money! She transferred my baby to VSES, with her first dose of antibiotics already in her, for an emergency blood transfusion , and then boarded her after her transfusion. My baby did a complete 180 overnight in the care of the amazing staff at All Cats Care- I'm literally in tears as I write this, they let me spend time with my baby while she was kept for observation and I was allowed to bring in things to make her comfortable. I am honestly amazed at the level of service, and the affordability. Dr. Peggy squeezed me in when she already had a full house, her love and compassion for animals is so obvious, I wish I could give 1000 stars. Dr. Peggy is knowledgeable and experienced, and for sure an expert in her field. I wouldn't trust my kitty's with anyone else from this day forward. read more

I brought my cat in as she had a couple issues that needed to be addressed, She doesn't travel much and takes a while to get used to new people. Needless to say, the technician and the Doctor took great care of her. They went slow with her and she wasn't scared. The entire staff is very friendly....especially "Ginger". Ginger is a tiger cat and "in charge" of reception and "meet and greet"! Overall we had a great experience. read more

I had Dr. Staderman take care of my cat until the end. Mittens was 18.5 years old. Since then She has taken good care of my current kitties for all 9 years of their life. I have found her and her staff, to be honest, caring and professional. They have great office hours. They have cozy spots for fearful kitties in the exam room. Their prices on vet food and services are comparable to any online service. On a recent teeth cleaning visit, I was sent reassuring photo's with their progress. read more

This was my first ever vet visit and it couldn't have gone worse. I'm only finding out months later that the information I was given was completely false, causing me months of stress and spending money on things I'm now being told I didn't need to do in the first place, all because this doctor told me false information. To quote another doctor: "I don't know why any sound veterinarian would ever tell you that". In addition, the doctor was unkind when responding to questions and had no appreciation for anyone with lacking funds. EDIT: After seeing this review, the office called me to check in, which I do appreciate, and they said I may have misunderstood the doctor. Sure, maybe I misunderstood, but my friend (who was with me during the appointment) understood it the same way that I did. I would say that if multiple people misunderstand you in the same way, there may be an issue with the way it's being explained. I'm still not sure whether it was explained wrong or if the doctor did tell us what we thought she did, but either way, that's a problem. That being said, the front office was very nice and I do appreciate them calling me to check in. read more

I had the BEST time bringing my cat here yesterday for care. I was anxious about it as I had read the reviews here (there are more reviews on Google - and they're all amazing), but can I just say the staff at this vet clinic is amazing. My baby had horrible matting as he is a very large long haired cat, and I didn't want to bring him to a groomer because I was afraid they'd hurt him. Just calling to make the appointment I could tell they put the cats first - I've never had so many questions asked to me about my cat from any other vet. Dropping him off I was able to ask any questions I wanted and was given full disclosure of everything they would be doing to him that day, and just sitting with the cats they have free roaming in the waiting area put me at ease. The techs here are very well informed and kind, and I got many a phone call throughout the day, including one just this morning (the day after) following up on him and making sure he was doing alright. This gave me even more of an opportunity to ask any questions that I wanted. And as for pricing, personally I don't think I could put a price on the care of one of my family members. But I believed that everything was priced out fairly for treatment and that they did a wonderful job with my baby. All in all I couldn't say enough great words about this vet, ESPECIALLY in a care industry that I believe caters more to dogs and dog people that cats and their owners. All Cats Care Center came recommended by a woman who operates a local boarding business for cats, as she often must decline customers due to her steady business. All Cats is located in a lovely home setting with all kinds of cat accessories sharing space with people furniture. It's very clean, and the soft classical music playing makes for a soothing ambiance. The staff are a very kind, gentle and caring group. What really set them apart from other boarders is the fact that they allow the cats to roam around the home allowing your kitty to both interact with other cats, as well as take advantage of the many fun kitty condos, etc. occupying the rooms. It is required that your cat be examined by Dr. Peggy prior to boarding time. At the time I brought my cat Taj in for his check-up, Dr. Peggy confirmed the diagnosis of dental decay that we previously learned from our current Vet. Because I was so impressed with Dr. Peggy and every aspect of her business, I made arrangements to have the dental surgery performed on Taj during his stay there. While I was away my sister stayed in touch with All Cats on my behalf. She should be writing this review along with me, as she was so impressed with the special care Taj received. Dr. Peggy called my sister with continual updates of the surgery process, and even emailed my sister pictures of the surgery. While Taj was convalescing, my sister called the office daily and was kindly greeted by Lauren and the others with detailed reports of Taj's progress and activities. Taj was there for almost two weeks, and looked better than ever when I picked him up.
