It's been three weeks and not a word. To me, that screams, I'm unreliable and undependable. Even if upon his further review, solar wasn't the best option for us, a phone call would have been the decent thing to do.

After their initial site visit, LIUS&E kept giving me excuses about why they couldn't find a solution for my down inverters. Eventually, after literally weeks of having to call to get any information, it became apparent that these guys just didn't know what to do. So, I called Solar Works in Chico and the problem was resolved immediately. What a contrast between a professional solar company and merely wannabes. If you need an older (5+ years) solar system repaired, stay away from LIUS&E.

The only downside was that my furnace is in the crawlspace above my laundry room they had to remove the trim and some drywall to get the new unit in there. I would have liked to know that in advance (that the new unit was larger than the space opening could accommodate) because their quote to repair the drywall and trim work was way more than I was willing to pay, so I found a Handyman that would do the work for much less money. Bottom line, they did a great job and I was happy with the overall work. I would just make sure to ask them if the new unit will fit into the space that you have available. If you are a new hot tub owner in need of quality wiring, Swearingen Electric is your company…read more After recently purchasing a hot tub, it was necessary to find an electrician to wire a 240v connection to the location. I am no good when it comes to electrical and felt my over-the-phone diagnoses were going nowhere with the other companies I had called for bids. Swearingen was the only of the companies to not only come out to give the estimate in-person, but also provide me with a timely quote. The quote I was given was in my budget so I went forth and scheduled the service. I based my decision heavily off of this company's online reviews as multiple had mentioned hot tub wiring, which was what I was in need of. Devon's assistant came out bright and early on the scheduled date and installed the line in the course of a few hours. I was impressed at the precision and feel that the quality was on par with what I was hoping for. Good electrician overall. I deducted one star as the final cost was 20% over what I was quoted - and it was due same day. Not the end of the world, but I did have to move money from my other accounts to accommodate the request (house-poor new homeowner here). Ultimately, all worked out. I can happily say that my hot tub works great. I'm glad I went with this company.
