I used to book Connie but they've gone through a few staff changes and interior renovations, so now I book with Lesly. I'm pretty sensitive but she has catered to all my needs and is so fun to talk to. Ofc, I can't escape all the pain but she tries to be as gentle with me as she can & do it in smaller patches. I really appreciate her attention and care! The entire staff is super nice and are understanding even when I'm running 10-20 minutes late due to traffic! I always text or call to let them know. The one time I ran pretty late, they offered to reschedule me on a different day at no extra cost, or see me after their current appointment was over. I chose to wait since I was already there. They treat their regulars so well, so I highly recommend :-) PSA: Only metered street parking or parking garage straight across! It's pretty easy to find a street spot on a weekday but tougher on the weekends. Make sure to come early to account for parking & traffic!

My lip gloss was over-applied to the point that it was dripping and could fully saturate a tissue. This was for my wedding, and I expected a consistent professional standard, especially from a studio like The Dollhaus Beauty. While the booking process and overall professionalism were good, the makeup result itself was very disappointing. Additionally, I was not informed in advance that the $250 service did not include hair styling, which was frustrating given the occasion.

Been meaning to try this place out for awhile. Was just shy to try a new place out. Again, since, I was new here, I was a bit nervous AF, but my therapist (Tiff) had eased my mind. Glad I finally booked an appointment. Some tips for first timers: Again, it is best to make an appointment and always shower before your appointment. Not to mention, brush your teeth, or gargle with a good mouth wash! Those will go a long way with your therapist. And, folks, generously tip your therapist well (if you feel they did an awesome job)! That goes a long way!! Pricing is basically market rate for the area. The saying goes, "you get what you pay for!" If you want a cheap massage, go somewhere else! However, If you want a legit massage and done professionally on point, this is the place to be! I plan to return again!
