This guy didn't even do an estimate or look at the job beforehand. The day of the job he shows up 2 hours early and looks at it over my fence and proceeds to buy the wrong replacement piece. Then tells me I can just paint the existing one even though it is rusted out. I told him to leave because he obviously was not prepared to do the job correctly. What contractor doesn't even look at the job before agreeing to do it? Then makes up excuses when he arrives to do the job. I wasted my day scheduling him.

Ken came out and walked through the house taking note of what I wanted done and also pointing out what inspectors might notice and need updated. He got all the work done in a timely fashion prior to listing the house. Fast forward a few months, the house hadn't sold and with the January rains a leak issue developed and I contacted Ken again. He was able to get all of the work done to repair the issue with his contacts and recommended who could do work they couldn't. I've heard so many horror stories about contractors who don't get the job done by deadlines or rip people off. I am so thankful for Ken and his team for all the work they did for me! I would recommend them in a heartbeat, and if I still lived in the area he would be my go to person for any home repairs.

I had called other companies with no response, some came out to see the property but never responded with an estimate and I appreciated whole process with Eagle Valley.

After an extremely frustrating experience with another restoration company that did nothing for two weeks other than blow fans, take moisture reads while driving up my insurance claim, working with Exact Restoration was truly a night and day difference and literally a breath of fresh air! From the moment they became involved, they were ten steps ahead. Communication was clear, consistent and proactive. I was kept informed about what they were finding, what needed to happen next, and why. My questions were answered even before asking them. There were no excuses, no unnecessary delays, and no leaving me wondering what was happening with my own home! This is how restoration should be done. Trevor, in particular, has been phenomenal. He's an absolute wealth of information but just as importantly, he brings tremendous integrity, professionalism and humanity to his work. Dealing with significant water intrusion in your home is incredibly stressful, and having someone who is knowledgeable, responsive, straightforward and genuinely kind makes an enormous difference. Trevor made a very difficult situation so much easier to navigate. What also impressed me was the measured approach Exact Restoration took. They weren't looking to make the situation bigger and more expensive than it needed to be. They assessed what was actually necessary, explained their reasoning, and moved the work forward efficiently and professionally. After what I had experienced previously, that level of integrity meant everything to me. The difference between the two experiences could not have been more dramatic. What had previously become prolonged and unnecessarily complicated finally started moving once Exact Restoration stepped in. I went from constantly having to chase answers to working with a team that was already thinking several steps ahead. Their professionalism, communication, responsiveness and integrity have far exceeded my expectations. In an industry where homeowners are often calling because something has already gone terribly wrong, the people who show up afterward matter enormously. Exact Restoration understands that. I would highly, highly recommend Trevor and the Exact Restoration team to anyone dealing with water damage/restoration. They have been nothing short of exceptional, and I am incredibly grateful I was finally connected with them. I guarantee you'll be in very capable hands!!
