Recently I hired Bianco Diamond Plumbing and Heating to install a new Boiler and Water Heating…read moresystem in my house based on a previous job that they did at my neighbor's place a few years back. And I'm happy to report that Dominick and his awesome crew did an exceptional job all throughout every phase of the installation process which definitely had it's fair share of twists and turns. If you've ever seen any past episodes of PBS's "This Old House" then you can imagine what was in store for these guys. But with all things considered they definitely persevered and worked hard in order to complete the project all within budget and on time.    Long story short I would definitely recommend this outstanding local business to anyone in the market for any Plumbing and HVAC work no matter how big or small the job happens to be. Thanks Again BDP!!

I reached out to Cornerstone recently for a water issue in my basement. Mike responded right away,…read morecame over as soon as he could and assessed the situation. He is super friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. Not to mention, he is much braver than I when dealing with cave crickets. He explained what the issue was, and provided a proposal for a solution. I am pretty handy myself, I do a lot of my own plumbing and electric, and everything he stated made perfect sense. By the next morning, he provided me with an estimate. I was blown away with how fair his prices are. I agreed, and he came over immediately and did the work. He did a great job, and everything was to code. As a result, I will be using him again in the future for some other projects I have. Definitely recommended, Cornerstone is solid.

I was a loyal customer of Ryan & Company for several years and had an active maintenance contract…read morewith them, which makes this experience even more disappointing. I contacted them regarding a furnace issue that, while intermittent, was serious enough to require attention--especially during the winter months. We have a young child at home, and I made that very clear, along with my concerns about maintaining consistent heat in the house. Their technicians came out multiple times and were unable to diagnose or fix the problem. After several unsuccessful visits, the owner got involved. Initially, he was professional and appeared committed to resolving the issue. However, once it became clear that they couldn't fix the problem, everything changed. Communication completely stopped. No follow-ups. No updates. No accountability. During this time, we repeatedly expressed serious concerns--not just about comfort, but about safety. We were dealing with unreliable heat in the middle of winter, had a young child at home, and even communicated concerns about our pipes potentially freezing while we were away on vacation. Despite this, we were essentially given the runaround and the issue remained unresolved. It's also important to note that the manufacturer was only brought in after we specifically requested it, following multiple unsuccessful service visits by their technicians and the owner. Ultimately, the problem was not fixed by Ryan & Company, but only after the manufacturer became directly involved. That distinction matters. Despite having an active maintenance contract, they stopped sending technicians altogether. The owner refused to speak with me directly to address the situation. Instead of standing behind their service or working toward a resolution, the contract was canceled and a check was mailed for the remaining balance--without any meaningful discussion. To be clear, that cancellation came after repeated failed repair attempts, lack of resolution, and a complete breakdown in communication--not as some isolated or voluntary request. I also strongly disagree with their claim that I was "verbally abusive." Like any homeowner dealing with an ongoing heating issue in the winter--with a child in the home and legitimate concerns about frozen pipes--I was understandably frustrated. Expressing that frustration does not equate to abuse. What's most concerning is the lack of accountability and the way this situation was handled once it became difficult. After years of being a paying customer, this is how they chose to respond. If a company can't fix a problem, that's one thing. But abandoning a long-time customer, cutting off communication, and deflecting blame is unacceptable. In the end, when things got difficult, they didn't fix the problem--they walked away from it.

Hiring a company you've never worked with before can be daunting…read more I'll admit -- I'm not the most trusting person. So when Brandon commented on my town's Facebook page offering help with my faucet issue, I took down the number... but waited. I tried to fix it myself (I know, not the brightest idea -- the cut on my thumb agrees). Eventually, I had to admit I was out of my depth and gave Brandon a call. Right away, I got a text confirmation with my appointment details and the morning of i another message letting me know he was on the way. When they arrived, they couldn't have been nicer. They got straight to work and quickly fixed the problem. On top of that, Brandon gave me helpful suggestions to prevent it from happening again. For me, it's a real comfort knowing there's a reliable, friendly, trustworthy company I can call when things go south. Drainiacs is now my go to, no hesitation, next time for any of my plumbing needs. I highly recommend.
