Recently, a piece of the siding came loose, and I've made several attempts over the past week to contact the company for repairs--especially given the work is supposedly backed by a ten-year guarantee. Pro-Serve did an outstanding job on our roof. They were quick, efficient and very detailed oriented. Our roof and gutters are great and we have had no issues and it's been about 2 years now. Although the ceiling was not fixed at the time our roof was completed, I only recently contacted Antonio on fulfilling his initial promise and patching the ceiling. Antonio did NOT have to appease our request, but he did anyway bc he is an honest and good man and cares about his customers. Kindness matters and our family is very appreciative that he went out of his way to accommodate us, especially after such a long period of time. That it itself tells you what kind of man and company he runs, so I have no hesitation recommending his services to anyone. Thank you, Antonio for all that you did for us.

The one thing that I'm angry about is that when he put his ladder to look at the gutter he actually made it worse. He banged on the my aluminum gutter so hard that it bent. I was on the roof watching him do it. When he climbed the ladder he said my gutter was bad and that is bent... and then i told him that it was straight until he banged his ladder into it and he replied that there was no other way to get his ladder up without doing that. At the moment I didn't think much of it and so today i had another person give me a second opinion and told me that the other person should not have bent my gutter with his ladder like that. That was very unprofessional of him to make my gutter worse and then blame me for it. For that, fuck him.
