This place is a joke. I paid over $600 for a " deep clean" of my house and am absolutely furious…read morethat the work that Queen of Cleaning performed was so subpar that I had to hire a different cleaning company to come back in and finish the job that should have been done by them!! What I received was a " surface " clean leaving dust, dirty baseboards and cobwebs hanging from the ceiling. I had called the owner of the company to discuss how disappointed I was with their services.... they never answer their phone and never responded to the 3 voicemails I left. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone EVER!

I asked for a quote over the phone, knowing that it would probably change when they saw the house which was beyond description. I realize that was an impossible request and sure enough the price doubled. What I especially liked about working with Queen of clean is that they gave me a price range and capped it with a number. The job took three dumpsters, and they arranged for everything to be thrown out even moving things from the backyard where older appliances had I been left around to rust. They even helped me find someone to rake up the leaves in the front yard to make the house have a little more curb appeal. I highly recommend Queen Of Clean. Even though the price was high, it was worth it and cheaper than another service from which we got a quote.

When I decided to go with her, I was thinking that I was going to get a semi decent job. The quality of her work shows immediately. She pays attention to detail and seems to enjoy cleaning (strange but okay). She showed up with all of her supplies and didn't need me to provide anything. I left her to it and before I knew it, my whole house was clean. What I didn't realize until later is that she didn't stop where you couldn't see anymore like some other places do. Behind the furniture got done, under the couch and inside the couch had been done, and many things I didn't think of were taken care of. I hate dusting. All my picture frames had been cleaned. I wish I could hire her every day.

She also told me I need to pay for wear and tear of her vehicle and time in the drive. I wish my job would cover that. Unrealistic...she also cancelled on me, I need reliability. I know she has done that to other homes she cleaned, so I'm out. Would NOT suggest them. From Sabrina's response it's obvious how abrupt she can be. Be aware if you decide to hire them. The crew is professional and insured. They washed the inside trim, windows and sliding glass doors, and included the baseboards washing floors. Items on shelves were picked up and cleaned, too. Definitely, detail oriented. I like the professional touches of refolding used bathroom towels, folding kitchen towels as bows, and even stamping a smiley face on toilet paper rolls. The fees are appropriate. Today they did the Deep Cleaning for $350, with a crew of 2 working nonstop for 6 hours. I will follow up monthly with their Basic Cleaning for $250.
