He recommended that I call MONTEREY BAY SOLUTIONS (MBS) in before I went much further. The BEST recommendation I've had in a long time. Monterey Bay Solutions came in, and efficiently used their state-of-the-art Infrared equipment to identify HIDDEN WATER BETWEEN THE WALLS. We knew that the giant PINE TREE branch had fallen through the roof & attic, and was sticking into the Master Bedroom. But, the CAL FIRE firemen were there in minutes,, securing the roof, pulling out the branch sticking through the roof, and otherwise minimizing and capturing the rain water as it came into the bedroom. WHAT WE DID NOT KNOW was that the rain had gone between the walls. So, our timely call to MONTEREY BAY SOLUTIONS saved the day. We would have thought that we were clear of any water issues when the Cal Fire put a 30 gal tub down to catch that water, but Monterey Bay professionally documented all of the hidden water we would not have known was there, growing mold and other problems.
