Definitely would not recommend this business. My father had them come out to repair his subzero refrigerator in February 2024 and they charged him a $400 deposit fee it is now August and my dad still doesn't have a working fridge. When I called his company line it went straight to voicemail and mailbox was full. I texted that we were filing a complaint with the BBB he called me back right away and said the reason for not repairing was because he could not find the right freon ( I did a google search and found it right away) He convinced me that he would send a $400 check refund but of course that never showed. The day he and his office confirmed our appointment he decided to leave me on read and not answer at all. This company is absolute trash, my home warranty company sent them out twice for two different jobs with the same results! They are not communicative, they schedule a time and do not show, for the first job which was our stove it took like a week to get something that took 10 minutes to complete, then my washer machine was the second item he told me on 1/18/23 he will be here between 3-5 pm he never called or came over i had to contact him, he was falsely apologetic and rescheduled for today 1/19/23 for 11 am it is now 1:03 and I have not received one call at all. I told my service company after the last time to not schedule with them because I they are trash which I am getting used since moving out here, but still. Also the way he answers his phone does not indicate you calling a business. They are really unprofessional and I am tired of my home warranty referring them to me. read more

First time was a no call no show. Second time he texted me to reschedule. Third time he didn't show up on time, when I called him he stated he would be here in 30-40 minutes and never showed up, did not call me or answer my calls or texts afterwards. LG has him as their local service provider but very unprofessional. Looks like this is his regular practice to do no-call no-shows. Very frustrating and wasted my time. Find a better more reliable service provider like I did. read more

Other reviews got me worried. I submitted a warranty claim with LG on Tuesday afternoon and All Appliances committed the same day to come out the next. They didn't but showed up on Thursday and fixed the compressor. No questions, no ifs and buts. My experience was satisfying only recommendation is to try and inform the client of any change in schedule so they are not changing their own plans and waiting only for a no show. read more

Reading other reviews we did not have that problem. He did say he was real busy in the summer and we got the impression he may be a one person business. Being November, we called him on an LG refrigerator warranty and talked to him right away. My husband left a message, then I called and he answered right away. He gave me his schedule and even agreed to come to our house the same day we called, as our food was spoiling. He arrived at an agreed time, answered the phone when we called, so no real complaints. He did say he would follow up with us the next day snd never called, hence the four stars. I was not expecting a call anyway, so perhaps he should not promise on something he normally has a hard time following up on. As for his work was professional, polite, and quick. Tech was scheduled to arrive to repair my refrigerator and did not show or call. The center that dispatched said there were case notes stating he tried calling and no one answered. After confirming the phone number was correct, he was rescheduled to the next business day. No show or call. I called, he answered and we scheduled the appt again for the next day within a 2 hr window. I confirmed my address and phone number with him. The next day, no show. Now he won't even return my calls of respond to my texts. I've lost a week of my refrigerator not working correctly! I'm moving on to someone who actually wants my business. read more

I had an appointment to get a refrigerator fixed that's under warranty. My appointment was today at 9:30 and nobody showed up or called. When i called to find out status, the owner gave me all kinds of excuses as to why he didn't show up. I took a few hours off from work for nothing. The only reason I'm allowing them to fix my refrigerator is because LG contracted them! These people do not know how to run a business and I DO NOT recommend them. Absolutely horrible customer service. I don't know who is more at fault Total Protect, my home warranty or this guy from All Appliance Repair. Long story short, after 2 weeks he informed me that the part for the appliance came in-after I kept calling. He then failed to show up for 2 agreed upon times. Even Total Protect got him on the phone and he stated that he would be over to do the needed repairs while the TP customer service rep was on the other line. I'm still waiting. The repair to my ice maker was poorly done and when it quit working I called to have him honor his warranty which states "one year on parts and labor". If I could a negative triple zero I would! In my dealings with this guy I consider him to be a liar and a cheat. Was given his name, Leo Sierra, by LG customer service and told that I would receive a call to schedule an appointment. Waited until the next afternoon and finally I called to schedule on Saturday of Labor Day weekend. Received a call when they were on the way, on time, only good thing here, and Leo Sierra informed me there would be a $50 service call. I started to tell him that this was the 6th time for the same issue and had NEVER had to pay a dime. He interrupted to tell me that he had not been given an approval code and that he would contact his "office" and call me back. I got tired of waiting and called LG customer service and was told that not only do they NOT charge a "service fee" but any other fee would not be $50. While I was holding on the LG call, I called Leo from another phone and he said he needed another 10 minutes and he would call me back. I let him know that I was holding with LG. He never called me so I called and he didn't answer, no surprise there. So I left a message with info from LG and by my tone of voice let him know that I thought he was lying. We rescheduled with a reputable repair service that we have used before. So PLEASE DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS GUY!! CHANCES ARE YOU WILL PAY MORE FOR HIS SERVICES THAN NORMAL. I was forced to use this company because of our home warranty. They failed to show up for the first appointment made and late for the second. He told us what he thought would happen and was wrong. He then picked up our washer to fix it and when it was time to bring it back he had an attitude because I wanted it back on the day agreed upon and not what was best for him. That night we found that the washer was not fixed and in fact it is worse then before. The washer is now unusable because parts have fallen off and the company cannot even call me back to set up a time for when my wife and I will be home. Leo Sierra was assigned by LG to fix the compressor on my refrigerator. He showed up at the assigned time and even called me 15 minutes before getting there. He fixed the fridge on the first visit!!! I did not have any issues with him or his work. I waited to write this review because I wanted to see if the refrigerator was going to continue to work without any issues. In the beginning, I was very hesitant about All appliance repair fixing the fridge because all the bad reviews online, but he was assigned by LG because of the guarantee, and to my surprise, the repair was super fast and well done. read more

My parents are elderly and needed their refrigerator fixed. It completely gave out and had no where to refrigerate their food. Additionally, they are not in the best of health so being out during Covid was not an option. I went through the customer service department to file the claim and get the fridge fixed. Leo was non responsive to them so much so they asked that I call him directly. When I called to explain the situation he said he didn't want to hear my story and then proceeded to tell me he would not show up to fix the fridge if I continued. Absolutely one of the worst if not the worst! Late for appointments then does not provide updates nor returns calls. Made an initial repair after 10 days of first visit that did not fix the problem. When he returned he diagnosed a different problem and said another part was needed that would take 5 to 7 days to arrive. When that time passed we had to call numerous times on status only to be given excuses. Finally after 4 weeks from original visit we were told it would take another 2 weeks for the part. When we voiced our dissatisfaction he told us we can find someone else and hung us. He has missed several repair appointments and does not return calls. I will call LG tomorrow and request a new company to make the repair and if they can't do that I will buy the part and replace it myself. I have not seen one good review on this guy. I don't recommend All Appliance repair. I was set up with them because of my home warranty. He was supposed to call me within 24 hours of filling out the service request, but he didn't. After I contacted him I set up an appointment. He didn't show up to the appointment. I called him an hour after he was supposed to be at my house and I don't think he would have showed up had I not called him. He was supposed to come back on a different day to do the repair. I called him every day for about 5 days in a row and he kept pushing back the day he could come. Eventually I called the home warranty company and got another company to do the job. Had to use this company as a contractor under my American Home Shield (AHS) home warranty policy (I live in El Paso, TX, no longer in San Francisco). Filed claim for broken oven July 16, 2018. All Appliance Repair came for first visit July 24. AHS approved parts and labor July 26. No word or follow up from contractor for weeks. No one answered their number, got a recording, could not leave message because voicemail was always full. I finally reached him August 20 and he came August 22 to fix oven. Oven was fixed and working for 4 days. It stopped working again on August 27. AHS asked him to call me which they said he would,...he did not. So...I called him August 29 and he agreed to come either yesterday, or today - August 31 after 4:30. He did not come either day nor did he call to cancel. It has now been 47 days without a resolution to my oven issue. I just called AHS to cancel my policy with them and they talked me into letting them send a new contractor out next week. They are not happy with him either and it looks like he may have lost his opportunity to work for AHS. Dissapointed to have to say DON'T use this company. read more

LEO SIERRO, is the worse person you will ever encounter in your life. He was suppose to show up 12/18/2018 at 10:30-11:00am but he showed up to my house at 2:00pm. He came in thinking it's fine to show up 2 hours late without saying "sorry." Out of all the people who came to fix my house, he is the most unkind person. He did not even fix the dishwasher and left in the middle of the work. My security camera outside my house has proof of him just walking out in the middle of the work without finishing it. He damaged my cabinets and the dishwasher is in a horrible condition now. This is not the first time LEO SIERRO was late. I don't know what kind of family he grew up in but who thinks showing up 2 hours late and harassing their customers is okay? The owner does all the service calls. He is 2+ hours late every appointment. When called out on the tardiness, he's very rude and defensive.
