Even if you just came in for an estimate, but never had it repaired. Simply walk in and get a CARFAX damage report over a Minor Dent. I discovered a small dent on my car that occurred while it was parked. I went to Shalom auto body for a repair estimate. The estimate was outrageous for such a small dent, so I decided not to have it repaired. Today I found out that it was reported to CARFAX. There was no accident, no police report, no insurance claim, and no repair was done. This auto shop was the only place I went for an estimate. I highly recommend to stay away from this shady business. I wish I had never stepped my foot in there.

Seems like no body shop wanted to deal with an older vehicle, and many didn't want to deal with anything at all that wasn't an insurance claim. I was quoted "well over" $12,000 by one of the few shops that even give me a price. Lucky's did amazing work on my old warhorse. I would recommend them to anyone with an older or unique vehicle.
