The last 6-months, as we got the house ready to sell, the service got even worse. Pool is aways green, always an excuse as to why. Said he wasn't servicing Claremont anymore, turned us over to his cousin Bill, but he still billed us and all communication went through Steve. Fed up with the condition of the pool, lack of service and excuses. Fired them and found a temporary service while the house is on the market. Such a shame to destroy your reputation over a pool.
