They're so patient with him. And the best part- they don't cage your dog (as long as your dog is good with other dogs). They let the dogs roam free and play with other dogs so they're not suffering in a cage while they're waiting to be groomed. No other place I've taken him to does this. They're so kind to me and my dog and like I said my dog is wild so that says a lot. Christian ended up having to shave down my pup because of matting and tangles in his coat, but told me it's common with doodle puppies because of their coat transition. She was super nice from the minute we got there and took great care of our very scared little dogs. One was a puppy so it was her first grooming appointment. They were done in about 3 hours and the dogs look fantastic! Prices were equivalent to all area pet groomers. Completely unprofessional - get your prices together and maybe try to fake that you actually care about people that want to spend their money here. You don't have to worry about having your pet sitting in a crate waiting for you to pick them up. Their rig is very clean and accommodating for animals. My dog has honestly never felt, smelled, nor looked better than after she was pampered! She also came back with the cutest pumpkin bandana. Every question I had regarding my dog they were able to answer truthfully from anything regarding pet toys to dental care. I recommend these two to anyone that loves their dogs. I can't wait for our next appointment! It is so great to meet such genuine people.
