Some may say I'm extremely picky - but, I like to think of it as being careful. Too often, contractors over-promise and under-deliver. This was not the case with All American Painting Plus. This was a first-class experience all the way. The entire process, from estimate to final product, was executed perfectly. To start, I dealt with Rob, who came out to take a look at our situation and give us a quote. We had a lot of exterior wood-rot on our front door and a bad leak on a large palladium window above our front door. Needless to say, Rob was extremely patient with my questions, knowledgeable about his craft, super professional, and absolutely thorough. I asked a ton of questions and he answered them one-by-one, speaking in terms I could easily understand. I was immediately at ease that my problems could be fixed. The next morning, as promised, Rob sent an email with perhaps the most detailed estimate I'd ever seen. From that alone I could tell that I was dealing with a well-run organization. Consequently, the price quoted was competitive and honest, so we agreed to it. The crew showed up exactly when promised, they got right to work, and made sure to keep me informed of every single detail of the job. What impressed me the most is that each member of the crew had a copy of the estimate in hand, carefully completing each line-item, and advising me every step of the way, offering me the opportunity to understand the nature and quality of the work as it was being done. After the work was complete, I even got a quality-control call from Rob and to ensure I was satisfied. My job was a small-one all the way around, but I still felt like I was their most important customer....No need to ever look elsewhere - we'll be using them again and again. read more

AAPP power washed our deck and siding, painted the siding, replaced quite a bit of trim work, and stained the deck and screened-in porch. In other words, Brian and his crew did a lot of work on our home. It looks great. The work they did took 20 years off the age of the house. It was well worth the price. What I really admired about AAPP was the quality of workmanship and the attitude of the men doing the work. They always showed up on schedule, put in 8 hours of work, and cleaned up when finished for the day. As I recall, they were working on our house for about 7 business days. They did not stop working until the job was finished. The crew pointed out problem areas that were not included in the original price--things like wood rot on the inside of trim work. They always gave me the option of getting it fixed or leaving it as is. This added to the cost of the job, but now I know that the job was done right. Brian, the owner of AAPP, communicated with me regularly, and e-mailed me invoices and acknowledged payments. He even told me that I over paid him by $200! I recommend AAPP for any paint job outside or inside. Thank you again Brian. read more

Simply put, All American Painting Plus is awesome. They were extremely professional, courteous, and flexible from the first phone call, all the way through the entire project. Rex was the estimator and was patient, open minded, and knowledgeable. The scope of my project changed multiple times and he went out of his way to research what I wanted and met with me several times, at my convenience, numerous times before the work started. Anival was the painter, and as I told Morgan, the office manager (who was also great), he's the best painter I've had. He was more detail oriented than I am, which is hard to to believe, and was more than flexible working around the other workers who were there at the same time he was. He really did a phenomenal job. I will definitely use them again for my painting needs, and will probably call them to see if they have any references for anything else I need to have done, as the tile guy they recommended was also great. To sum it up, I have no regrets about hiring them, and would recommend them with the highest regards (and I'm picky) to anyone else! read more

I had a great experience with All American Painting Plus. This was my first customer experience with them and I will definitely use them again. Rex, the estimator reviewed the work I needed done, basically, spray wash, replace rotten wood, replace the soffit and fascia and paint. He answered all of my questions and helped me select the right materials for the job. The price was reasonable and similar to other estimates I had received. Morgan and his crew were excellent. They arrived on time and were prepared with all the supplies needed for the job. Morgan kept me informed of any additional findings, once the old material was removed. He ensured a safe job site for his crew and my property. He was also mindful of COVID-19 protocol. They finished the job on time and did an unbelievable job cleaning up the work area. I have received many compliments and requests for contact information for All American Painting Plus including our HOA Property Management company. For me, it is so nice to find a reliable and honest company to do business with. Evelyn Jones read more

All American Painters were a joy to work with, from beginning to end. We got estimates from three different contractors, but AAP were the only ones to give us an estimate that included every detail, so we knew that there would be no surprises. They were also the only company to be willing to do the job in three phases, and wrote separate estimates for each phase. The painters that came took the time necessary to adequately prep, so the finished job was perfect. They were also very skilled carpenters, and did a beautiful job putting up crown molding and chair rail, framing out a closet, and removing balusters. They were friendly, courteous, skilled, and knowledgeable. When we first booked AAP and sent the deposit, they accidentally charged our account twice. I called immediately and, even though it was after hours and I was only able to leave a message, the error was corrected within a few hours. Professional all the way...HIGHLY recommend! read more

All American Painting Plus did two jobs at my residence. Both jobs were completed as scheduled and the workmanship was very good. There is quality and value for the work that this company provides. Brian and staff did not want final payment until I was completely satisfied and happy. I do not try for the absolute lowest price on any work I have done. My goal is quality workmanship and good value. I am willing to pay for quality work that will last for many years after the job is completed. I would not hesitate to call Brian any time for any job in the future. I have two bright pink rooms from a previous owner, and maybe Brian might need to change the color if one of my friends does not like bright pink. Brian's strength is that he does the job when he tells you and does not delay the work. This is important as I have had violation notices at my neighborhood that required Brian's services. AAPP is great. From Tony P. in Centreville, VA. read more

If anywhere in your home needs painting, dry wall repair, or small carpentry and peace of mind knowing you'll always get 5+ star service then look no further than All American Painting Plus. They quote a fair price, use quality materials, clean up when work is done and aim to ensure the customer is fully satisfied when the work is completed. I have used them on 3 separate occasions, they have also painted my son's home, and anyone we have referred then to has been enthusiastically happy. Yesterday, Team Seldyn finished repairing dry wall and painting serval areas after a bathroom pipe broke. You can't tell there was ever any water damage. Jonathan Lester is the Field Supervisor and I have had the pleasure of working with him and two other of his teams. All have been extremely professional. You can't go wrong contracting with this company. read more

I had the good luck of choosing All American to paint the exterior of our house and install new decorative shutters on all the front windows. They also power washed the entire house beforehand. They did a marvelous job with every stage. The power wash was extremely thorough, and the white siding on the sides and back of the house never looked better. They (actually, a man named Anival, one of the hardest working people I have ever seen) spent the time needed to prepare the exterior for the new coats of paint, which had not seen a new coat of paint in about 25 years. The coverage was perfect, and still is today nearly a year later. They also did a terrific job hanging the new shutters, following the manufacturers specifications. I would recommend them without reservation. read more

What an outstanding company - professional and personable. We had a last minute HOA painting issue that came about less than two weeks prior to closing. We needed a painter that could exactly match an existing exterior color and it needed to be done asap. Perhaps because they have an office in Reston and knowledgeable about particular HOA's, or they are simply good people (I think both!) they were empathetic to my circumstance and scheduled the work to be done within days of my call. The showed up as promised, matched the paint perfectly and the work was beautifully completed. Would I hire them again and recommend them to others? Absolutely. This is a first class, well run company. Thanks All American Painting. read more

All American Painting did a fabulous job painting the interior and exterior of my house. I was impressed with the owner Brian, who gave me a timely estimate, which was very detailed. The 2 crews were extremely professional and friendly. The interior and exterior crew chiefs went over the job very carefully with me before they started. Their painting was excellent and clean up each day was perfect. I really liked being able to pay with my credit card and was impressed with Brian who did not send me the final bill until he contacted me and made sure I was happy with the job. I highly recommend All American Painting. read more

All American Painting did a fantastic job. I had used them last year to stain my front and back decks, and picked them after talking to five different companies (I liked that All American answered questions and made recommendations). They were prompt in sending an estimator out, getting me a estimate and starting the work. Their do the job right. Their painters are their full time employees (no picking up temps), they're trustworthy, and they have great attention to detail. We plan on using All American for all our inside and outside painting in future. read more

I've used All American Painting Plus on several occasions, including a room with a very high gabled ceiling. This time was my kitchen, which included another gabled ceiling and cabinetry that had been done in oil-based paint (so it needed extra sanding, etc.). Other seam repair work had to be done in both cases. Their work is excellent, they are punctual and professional, and they take pride in their work. I would never use anyone else. read more

Exceptional service - the painting of the interior of our 4+ bedroom upstairs, including hallway, stairway, closets, doors. Top-notch all the way. And they were able to deftly remove the wallpaper (all 4 walls) in one of the bedrooms. They are at the top of my list for customer service, courteousness, as well as thoroughness of the job. High level of professionalism. Highly recommend them to all. Would definitely use them again. read more

If you need painting done, your search is over. From the in-home estimate to the final bill, everything was seamless and professional. Rex was the estimator and point of contact. Orlando was the paint crew's lead. Each day we were given updates on the project. At the end of the project, we were asked to thoroughly inspect it before they would leave. I would (and already have) hired them to complete another painting project. read more

We had the exterior of our house painted and the crew was very professional and friendly with a very good end result. The trim lines are very sharp with a smooth look to all finishes. We have a three story house and the final walk through only brought about three minor misses in very small areas unde the deck or behind a bush that were quickly touched up. read more

I've used All American Painting Plus twice, to paint the interior of my whole house and to paint and make siding repairs on the exterior. They have done a good job both times and the guys are always polite and friendly. I felt very comfortable having them in my home. I also like they support a local charity that provides housing for the homeless. read more
