Megan, my audiologist has been spectacular! She is well trained, experienced, knowledgeable, and truly cares. She is always researching new technology and comparing manufacturers. Plus she's a champion for her clients going above and beyond to find the best solution. I finally can hear again. Not as good as my original hearing. But for the first time in several years I'm hearing in nearly any environment at a level where I can happily experience life again. They are a bit of a drive for me but I wouldn't even think about going elsewhere.

It's extremely disappointing that they won't honor what was clearly a communication mistake on their end.
