My wife & I were referred to Foundation Chiropractic early 2025 when our chiropractor of 40 years retired. I dreaded starting all over with a new provider. The transition could not have been easier. Dr. R Schreiner is our main guy, but I also see Dr. S Gemmer as needed. The work between the 2 is seamless. They are both extremely knowledgeable and skilled in their profession. They are so accommodating, and even though they welcome walk-ins, I have always called ahead, but usually told to come right in. The entire staff from Angie up front to all the support staff seem genuinely happy to be there which speaks so much for the business. The atmosphere is so casual and comfortable. From scheduling to bedside manner Dr. Rustin S is the best chiropractor. I've seen him for reinjury of a spinal disc and a yearish later for breastfeeding compression and a twist in the lower back from an unplanned C-section. Dr. S is courteous and gentle with adjustments and efficient in getting you on track to living your life to the fullest, especially with running after little ones! The providers in this location are outstanding! Last year, I had a tube placed between my ribs after falling down the stairs and cracking them. Two unrelated conditions met an area that had been surgically modified. Two week back, I was curious if it's possible to adjust ribs. After all this time, the thought just popped in my head. Well, I will tell you that not only can an immediate adjustment be made...I could breathe without pain. Now that pain had been there since May of 2020! The rib continues to slip out; however, I can visit with or without an appointment. Walk-in appointments are so appreciated by those who never know when an old injury wants to come out and play. The experts, all of the professionals in this location, are extremely kind (to everyone). They work with you when insurance exhausts or fails to process. The service is excellent. Oooh boy! I am the first to review! What can I say! Doc Skylar has been awesome! I love, Christina and I love Greg! Overall, staff are amazingly personable and helpful. I appreciate how compassionate they are! The office is clean, well kept, I do like their decor and furniture. Checking in is easy friendly. Being a client there I get a card so that when I go in I swipe the card and the information comes up. I appreciate this, with technology moving forward this will eliminate the papers, pulling wrong patient record folders, and saves time! Which, I have so little of! Double 5 stars for that! Location is not bad. Close to the outlet mall, gas stations, hwy 167, the movie theatres, Wal-Mart, food places and boys and girls club. Can't lose with that. I usually just go there for my appointments, but sure is nice to be close to those other places incase I forget or I need to pick up stuff. Experience - I believe in my Chiro. I see and feel the quality, the knowledge, and experience he has shared with my 3 children and I. YEP, that's right! My children are his clients as well. I have 3 active kids. 2 of them love to break dance. The other one just throws out his body sometimes on accident. If it were not for Dr. Skylar, my kids would grow up with their injured or messed up bodies. The same goes for me. I need my adjustments. I am forever doing crazy things and my body gets beat up! When I was first referred to Dr. Skylar I could barely walk and sleep due to knee and lower back pain. I was taking ibuprofen or Tylenol daily to help with pain. Dr. Skylar took the time to talk and educate me on what I can do to help relieve the pain. After seeing him 3 days a week for 1 week I could sleep and walk without pain! 4 weeks later I am pain free. Life Force has changed my life! (no pun intended) We really need to acknowledge and appreciate the outstanding business that is being run under the care of Dr. Skyler Gemmer and Dr. Rustin Schreiner. In general the office is warm and inviting, and Christina (the receptionist) is a sweetheart and makes everything very straightforward and uncomplicated. She even reminds you when to make a payment on your account when the balance starts to get high, and from what I have seen, most insurances cover part of the payment. She's very friendly and easy to talk to while you're waiting for your appointment time, and there's a lot of occasions where they have free food/candy at the front desk, just a little incentive for those of us that enjoy a little pick-me up in our day ;) Not to mention their customer appreciation! When they are very generous to offer an exam at an extremely low cost to new patients, and there's also free food then! Can't go wrong there. I believe many people are skeptical about the proficiency of chiropractors, myself being a skeptic at first. Now my chronic problems such as severe migraines, heartburn, and general back discomfort have been greatly improved and my body in general feels very stable and healthy. Dr. Skylar has made me a true believer of the miracle of chiropractic help, and has educated me about my body and its natural ability to heal itself without drugs, pills, or pharmaceutical complications. I highly recommend this office for anyone that has pain, that has had any sort of accident/injury, and just as a general remedy for keeping their body in harmony with its own natural rhythms. Came in using a cane no more cane now. That pain is 90% better now. I am 71 and have been to many different Chiropractors. Rustin's adjustments are the only ones I have really felt better from after a visit. Always a friendly staff to meet you. Medicare covers all but $8.50 of my visits. read more

Dr. Schreiner is awesome! I was definitely afraid of seeing a chiropractor before going here. Several people at my work see Dr. Schreiner on a regular basis, so he came highly recommended when I messed up my neck. I was in pain for several days before going to see him. After some x-rays and a good adjustment I left feeling better. After seeing him for a few weeks I could totally see the difference (less headaches, better posture). I see him about once a month now, and I would recommend him to anyone! The office is very clean and easy to get to. The staff are so friendly! Dr. Schreiner understood my fear of chiropractic going into the first appointment, and he very kindly (and gently!) walked me through exactly what to expect. Dr. Skylar is amazing! I had chronic neck/shoulder pain and headaches for many years and finally went in to his office because my husband pushed me to and it has changed my life, truly! After just a few months, my headaches were gone, and they still are almost two years later. I also had really bad pelvic and lower back pain throughout my first pregnancy, but with seeing him throughout my second I didn't experience any with that one or my current pregnancy.
