I'm recording, he has a TV in the booth where I can see him literally mastering as I record. This is a rare gem of a studio. It's very private. Chase gives you his full attention and makes sure the environment is yours and only yours during your sessions. Very professional and courteous. It's very clean and put together. Idk... Legacy Studios swears they're #1. But not only does Chase Cotton have them beat in quality, he also has them beat in PRICE! His rates are CRAZY CHEAP for the quality he provides. I tell him often that he's under valuing himself and his business. He should charge more for his hourly. But, he's such a Humble and selfless person, he wants to make his space affordable for the everyday person, not just the celebrities that come by every so often. They proceeded to tell me I was wrong for what I really needed, and that it would look more "cinematic" their way, but in today's videography market - a cinematic look is table stakes. If you don't want the work that's ok, say it's not for us. But save the judgement + the attitude please - it is very unprofessional.
