I'm recording, he has a TV in the booth where I can see him literally mastering as I record. This is a rare gem of a studio. It's very private. Chase gives you his full attention and makes sure the environment is yours and only yours during your sessions. Very professional and courteous. It's very clean and put together. Idk... Legacy Studios swears they're #1. But not only does Chase Cotton have them beat in quality, he also has them beat in PRICE! His rates are CRAZY CHEAP for the quality he provides. I tell him often that he's under valuing himself and his business. He should charge more for his hourly. But, he's such a Humble and selfless person, he wants to make his space affordable for the everyday person, not just the celebrities that come by every so often. The location's a little odd, and I imagine it makes it hard for the place to build a following. But go there for the monday night donation class. 5 bucks and it's taught by some of Dallas' best, teachers you know from Tsada and Dirt Cheap. Nice group and a killer 90 minute flow class that will kick your butt! The regulars are super friendly and welcoming, I think they really want the place to stay busy and you'll make some new friends if you show up. There are usually some wednesday and thursday evening classes but the calendar changes over time - the monday class started with Ro Chappa and was huge, I'm glad someone is keeping it going. You can't beat $5 for a serious class from experienced teachers.

The website is kept very up to date, with accurate descriptions of classes and levels so you know just what you are getting into. Chi offers some really interesting workshops throughout the year as well. The studio is nice and large, so classes never seem overcrowded. It also serves as a gallery space, so there are rotating shows to peek at as you come in, or during your practice. A great place to do yoga...it will keep you coming back!

I would stay away from this company and their questionable business practices. Revised: I almost never leave negative reviews. Be careful before signing anything (underlined) as they use legally binding, multi year contracts. My wife signed it unknowingly, and our (both) credit is still recovering. We now use private lessons instead.
