The location's a little odd, and I imagine it makes it hard for the place to build a following. But go there for the monday night donation class. 5 bucks and it's taught by some of Dallas' best, teachers you know from Tsada and Dirt Cheap. Nice group and a killer 90 minute flow class that will kick your butt! The regulars are super friendly and welcoming, I think they really want the place to stay busy and you'll make some new friends if you show up. There are usually some wednesday and thursday evening classes but the calendar changes over time - the monday class started with Ro Chappa and was huge, I'm glad someone is keeping it going. You can't beat $5 for a serious class from experienced teachers.

The lunchtime classes are a nice option if you can work them into your day...Shannon is very attentive to students and can help you strengthen your practice no matter what your level. The website is kept very up to date, with accurate descriptions of classes and levels so you know just what you are getting into. Chi offers some really interesting workshops throughout the year as well. The studio is nice and large, so classes never seem overcrowded. It also serves as a gallery space, so there are rotating shows to peek at as you come in, or during your practice. A great place to do yoga...it will keep you coming back!

Update (2024): This company is still impacting my credit. After explaining to them that I never signed a contact and was going to cancel lessons, they deferred me to a collection agency. I would stay away from this company and their questionable business practices. Revised: I almost never leave negative reviews. Be careful before signing anything (underlined) as they use legally binding, multi year contracts. My wife signed it unknowingly, and our (both) credit is still recovering. We now use private lessons instead.

Gabe has been an amazing fit with knowing when to push her and when not to - so grateful. She has transitioned to Linda and WOW - we are excited about what Linda is teaching her. Linda individually tailors exercises to further advance her skills. We are excited about her future at Septien!
