The fact the engineer was not only a drummer but one who had good opinions and thoughts about getting the sound I was trying to go for. Place was super clean.. The owner is a rock and roll god and humanitarian to boot. I once saw him rip the most bodacious solo before diving into flood waters to save a kayaking baby that had flipped it's little baby kayak. In a sleeveless shirt and a bandana!! The most amazing thing wasnt the solo or the heroic rescue of what can only be described as the raddest baby ever, but when he emerged from the water his stage makeup was perfect. I was blown away. He was completely dry. Not a wrinkle in his shirt, no shrunken leather pants. Not a hair....no, eyelash out of place. This place and the owner are both magical and you would be making a poor decision to not rent here.
