Showed up when they said. Communicated well. All english speaking crew. Professional. Did exactly what i wanted. Left my property cleaner than they found it. Respectful of neighbors property. Not the cheapest bid...but very reasonable cost. Highly recommended. read more

Jesse's crew did such a poor job removing the roots of the fallen tree that the tree is growing back!! Now I have to hire someone to remove it properly. They should have killed the roots. When they left, some roots were sticking up out of the ground! read more

Cory and Luis from all about trees came out to help my ailing citrus trees. They have all the experience and equipment needed to feed and get rid of the fungus impacting my trees. Over 20 of them. Jesse hires the best people. They stay with him for years so they know what they are doing. Call All About Trees for anything that grows. read more

Jessie Thomas of All About Trees is a rip off artist. He will come timely for a bid for the work, making false promises with a good sales pitch i.e. " I'm here to take care of you" but lacks providing good and thorough quality of work at the end. He cut a large tree, which fell during a recent storm. When dragging branches to the chipper in front yard, his crew left paint scaring damages to portions of my painted wall via the back gate. He said he would have to come back the following Monday to remove the stump with a stump grinder. His 2 man crew showed later that week and said the grinder would not fit through the back gate and would have to come back later with a smaller grinder. After 2 weeks of not returning text or phone calls he finally returned text, showed up to remove the tree stump. In that process, he took my back gate off (which he did not ask for permission) and did not reinstall properly with loose bolts on concrete which are now stripped. He claims the gate was in that condition prior which it was not. He said he had pics I asked for the proof he could not provide pics of gate and he got angry and defensive. With respect with the stump grinding, he left a lot of roots sticking out of the ground and got defensive and upset when I addressed it. His pricing was on the high side but he convinced me he would do a professional and through job, but at the end, sloppy job and collateral damage to my property. Last, don't rely on his web page rating with the BBB citing A+. In reality, the BBB website has All About Trees rated a C+. This should tell you all you need to know about his business practices. read more

Terrific care and service by the team from All About Trees. Jose was informative, prompt when called and gave a fair quote for our project. We have an acre with a variety of trees that either needed removal or dead branches thinned out. It was a two day project that included removal of all of the branches and stumps. Another service he provided was deep root fertilizing. We highly recommend All About Trees. read more

José and his crew from all about trees trimmed two trees for me and did a great job. Also did an excellent job cleaning up all the debris after they were done. This is the third time they have trimmed trees for me and I have been satisfied every time. read more

Jesse knows trees & cactus!! Had couple Sagauro's that needed to come down before falling down. Found this company, Jesse came out the next day & said he could have them stripped to skeletons where they stand. I lucked out finding them! Jesse, Luis, Oswaldo & Jose were super nice & did an AMAZING job!! The best part is was like $20 more to do the stripping instead of cutting down these majestic cactus. So so happy!! read more

Prompt quote, good price and quick service. Jesse came by the house, gave me a quote and my trees were removed by the next morning. Jose and his crew were fast, friendly and very professional. Cleaned up afterwards and you would never know the two queen palms were ever there. Great company. Recommended. read more

All About Trees was the 2nd quote I found for bush removal. Their quote was substantially more favorable to me. The professionals promptly completed the job and it looks like a brand new yard. Would recommend. read more

I hired Jesse as one of my pine trees was not looking so good. I found all about trees online and Jesse showed up relatively quick. His feedback is the borer bugs are killing the tree and I need to treat it with his special tea mix (fertilizer, pesticides, and insecticides) to help roots drink it to drive the bugs out. His specific words is this mix will help it and revive it and you have 1 out of 4 chance it will die. Nevertheless we agreed on price and his crew came to treat it in a weekend. He requested cash payment only for services which was a bit odd but whatever. A week after treatment all the trees started to look significantly worse. I called Jesse and his comment is we should cut it down and wanted a godly amount for services and said I need to wait. So I did and called other arborist and they specifically noted pine trees are not up taking during hot summer and any treatment would have shocked it making things worse. Their feedback is I wasted my money on putting treatment as most likely it would have shocked it in mid summer. 4 weeks after treatment tree completely died. Waste of money and time. Maybe his crew is good at cutting trees but does not seem so for reviving. Be careful as I am not alone read more

Jose and his crew trimmed 3 large trees for us and were extremely polite and did a fantastic job. They invited feedback every step of the way. The left the property clean and completed the job very efficiently. read more

Jesse responded quickly to my request for some 'emergency' tree trimming, and his guys were able to take care of me the same day, and did a fantastic job! He was not pushy at all, and very consultative. I will definitely use them for all my tree trimming moving forward!!! read more

I asked Jesse to come out and give me a quote to have a tree trimmed. Told me that this Sisso tree has very invasive roots. He pointed out it was already lifted my pavers. I hired his company to remove the tree. They did an awesome job and cleaned up after themselves. Because of Jessie's knowledge, he saved us thousands of dollars in damage that would have happened over time. read more

We had Jesse come out to look at a ficus tree we were worried about. He went beyond regular service to make sure I learned about the reasons and remedies that were available to me in a way I could understand and follow through with. Highly recommend this service if you like making informed decisions. read more

Hard to communicate with Jesse. He never had his schedule with him when I called to schedule something, asked me to call him back when he got home. Texts wouldn't be the returned for days. It felt like I was trying to get the President come over, that's how hard the process was. Had to cancel because found someone cheaper and way more responsive. Highly recommend Arbor Care Arizona - communication easy, send you official invoices, fast and efficient tree removal. read more

This was my first time using All About Trees and I will be a repeat customer. Jesse and his crew did an impeccable job cutting down a large tree in our backyard. They arrived on time, removed the tree in a safe manner, and did an excellent job cleaning up the yard after the removal. I also want to point out that I received two other quotes, and there was one company that tried to sell me additional services for my queen palms that were essentially scams. I discussed the recommendations with Jesse and he explained why they are not necessary. You could tell he runs his business with integrity compared to other tree companies in the Valley. His pricing is also very fair. All around I'm very happy with All About Trees! read more

Contacted them about a large mesquite tree in the front yard. They got to it the next day and did a great job trimming it for the season. Fair price for a legit company that uses the right equipment and cleans up after themselves. Will definitely give them business again in the future. read more

Received numerous quotes for tree trimming and removing dead branches on a 20-year-old Ash tree. Jesse, the owner, came to my home on Thursday, at precisely the time scheduled, and provided a quote for trimming plus deep root feeding for the fungus that had been diagnosed. Their company has certified arborists and were the only one to tell me that the all the dead branches were due to tree fungus. I might add that the quote for trimming plus deep root feeding/treatment for the fungus issue was comparable to the other quotes received that were only for trimming. An appointment was set up for the following Monday for work to be done, and three-man crew arrived on time. They not only did a beautiful job of trimming the tree but also cleaned up the dead leaves that had fallen the night before from both my home and my neighbors. I might add that one of the crew, Jacob, had been recommended by Jesse for sprinkler repair issues I had. Jacob did an awesome job of not only fixing a major leak in the system but also replacing the majority of the sprinkler heads that had been damaged by my landscaping crew. He actually worked in pouring down rain to complete the repair. I would highly recommend the company, All About Trees, plus their employee, Jacob, for any sprinkler repair issues. It is so nice to know that companies like this still exist. I will definitely continue to use them in the future. read more

Had Jesse and crew out to trim all our large trees. They did a great job as usual. Obviously I'm a repeat customer

Wonderful service. I called Jesse about problems we were having with our citrus tree and he came out the next day to take a look. He was very flexible and worked around my schedule. Not only did he diagnose the problem with our citrus tree and educate us on how to manage the issue, he also evaluated more than 10 other shrubs, trees, and plants in our yard. He provided education on caring for them by optimizing watering, pruning, fertilizing, as well as the timing for each of these. I was very impressed by his knowledge and thoroughness. Will definitely use this company again and would wholeheartedly recommend to others. read more

The guys did an outstanding job. We had a problem with one of our neighbors and Shawn quickly resolved the conflict with a win-win solution. Very impressed with Shawn and his crew. They did way more than their estimate. They also left all involved properties much cleaner from debris than before they started. My only critique would be the wait time but Shawn mentioned they were hiring more crew. Highly recommend for they are clean, professional, skilled and considerate. If you're looking for a tree company, look no further! I had two large sissoo's trees and All About Trees came and saved the day! Super knowledgeable, impressive skills, owner onsite, and clean-up was better than expected. You won't find a better tree service provider; highly recommend! read more

Called these guys on a Tuesday.. they came out the next day for estimate. Reduce a 40-50 foot Ash tree by 75 percent. Price was about what I figured it included haul off. They got me scheduled for a week later. When I left for work today there were leaves all over the back yard ... I figured there would be more after they were done and I would wait to clean them up. I got home and there were no leaves in the front yard where they had to pass to load the branches. To my shock there isn't a leaf on the ground in the back yard either. Mind blown !! I didn't expect that . These guys have also been available every time I have called. Excellent job and the tree was trimmed just as I had expected. Thanks guys !! read more

Was searching for assistance on my main street view tree (Chinaberry) which was mature at 20-30 ' tall and almost 20 yrs. old. Issue was browning "tips/ends" on 3-4 branches. As a precaution I wanted to remove the browning ends. ALL ABOUT TREES was hired to prune/trim (where needed) and also to "treat" for (what they diagnosed) as a fungus. When they finished, my tree looked like a hedge trimmer had given it a haircut. The entire tree was drastically altered (NOT just the browned tips). My desire for the tree is confirmed by the written proposal language. Work done on 8-17-20. On 9-4-20 I called and talked to the owner "Jesse" to complain about the status of the tree. He said to wait until the spring season and the tree would be OK. It is now the spring and the tree looks terrible and almost the top 1/3 of the tree seems to be deadwood with no signs of life. I am convinced now that my only option is total removal of the tree. They were paid $300 for tree work and another $100 for fungus treatment (which I don't think I ever received) VERY SAD & very avoidable. read more

I had 8 trees in need of work. The required work and a price was established. This included shaping, thining, 1 removal of dead wood and one tree removal. Six of these trees were worked on to complete satisfaction including the removal. The last two trees were cut short on work. It was late in the day and the boss wanted to go home and did not want to come back the next day. The first of these two trees was not completely shaped with no work done on the top. I would say he shorted me $50 on this tree. The second tree he did remove the dead wood but would not thin the tree as requested. I would say he shorted me $100 on this second tree. I had explained what I wanted and he conveniently forgot and would not accept my need. I was upset. My rating is harsh but I truly feel that I was taken advantage of. Too much hastle. read more

My trees have not been looking good so I called in 3 top rated Tree Services in the valley for quotes on my 4 Shamel Ash trees. The quotes ranged in price from $280 to $680 to drench, spray the tree and trunk, put systemic insecticide into the root system and inject liquid fertilizer in a grid. What they didn't tell me was tree sap at this time of year is on it's way down, hence Fall season. SO....why fertilize now? I learned this from Jesse the owner and sole proprietor of All About Trees. I explained what the other tree services had told me I needed done and he told me....."Look, if you want to give me your money, I will take it, but honestly you don't need to do that until April". He explained how this is the slow time of year for tree feeding companies and that is why you see all of these promotions now. The only logical tree care now is pruning because most trees are going into their dormant state. I have to commend Jesse on his honesty and his regimen for proper tree care. It all makes sense and if you do your homework you won't be out of pocket $680, it will only cost you maybe a third. I will be calling Jesse in April for my tree care. Honesty is always....The Best Policy! read more

We contract All About Trees to trim several trees on our property. During the quote process we were told that one of our trees (large Mulberry) would need to be done when it cools off, but would be included in the quote. All About Trees showed up in August and trimmed 3 small trees in our front yard and 4 large olive trees, this was fine as we knew they would come back for the mulberry, so we paid them the 2000.00 as stated on the quote. Fast forward to October, we call to have them come back and were surprised to find out that the they would need to come back and re-quote the mulberry tree as it wasn't included in the original quote, even though it is at the very top of it. Sadly disappointed with them as we had a quote for a few hundred more from another company that I feel we should have gone with. Lesson learned, don't pay them until all quoted work is completed! read more

A fire destroyed my detached garage and took most of the landscaping and trees with it. I called their number and Jesse answered even though he was on vacation at the time. He promised he would call me back Thursday morning and that's exactly what he did. His crew showed up on time and ready to work, and they did some real hero stuff today. These were not small trees, these were big heavy things that had to be wrestled out of the earth and removed. Jesse showed up to make sure everything was going well, but it wasn't necessary. His crew knew exactly what to do, and they did it. So Jesse, thank you for coming to my home to do a very difficult task, and I'll see you in the springtime when the trees need some more attention. read more

We used All About Trees once before and we were very satisfied with them. Jesse the owner is knowledgeable and his company does excellent work. My wife wanted to use them again but she called the wrong company, one we used prior to All About Trees, and we were very unhappy with them. Unfortunately we still had to pay this other company. My wife called Jesse and explained what happened. They came and fixed everything. Jesse removed the dying palms that we had to pay this other company to trim. All About Trees expertly thinned and shaped our one olive and it will be beautiful in the spring. Unlike the wrong company they cleaned up nicely...the wrong company actually hid a lot of debris under hedges and other bushes. Now we keep All About Trees phone number in red so this doesn't happen again. This is a 20 gold star company and we are happy to refer them to our friends and neighbors. Thanks Jesse for a job well done! read more

I made an online request for Tempe Trees. When I got a call back, it was from All About Trees. Was told that Tempe Trees owns three different tree companies. Nevertheless, All About Trees did an amazing job for us! Had an early morning appointment with Jesse for a quote. He was right on time. Friendly and helpful in determining what we needed. Quote given that date. We went with all except treating 2 Palo Verde trees for insects. Had to change our date of service due to irrigation, and they were accommodating. Said to arrive between 6-6:30am and they arrived at 6am. Pruned back huge hedge of oleanders, honeydue vine. Took out dead privets and pruned the rest. Removed dead wood from Sumac. Pruned additional oleanders in front yard and one in backyard. Jesse came and worked with the crew. I was very grateful that he asked me to view what they had done, and if anything more needed to be done. Crew worked diligently and did great job. Clean-up was exceptional. Total bill: $1200. Think worth it! read more

Horrible service. Called two weeks ago to schedule a tree trimming was told they do their scheduling on the weekends and he would call me on Saturday. Never received that phone call. I get a call two weeks later saying that I am scheduled for Friday 9/21 between 11-1 which I accept. After taking the day off of work I am patiently waiting for service, and at 12pm on 9/21 I get a call saying we won't be making it because something "hurts" and he can get me schedule a week away! Now that's waiting a month! I let him know I am disappointed in his service and he hangs up on me. For charging $500 for tree trimming service this is NOT what one should expect. There are plenty of other services in Arizona and I would highly recommend you use them and NOT All About Trees. read more
