They left some equipment. I contacted Henry and did not receive a response, however, the parts were minor and I understood they were heading south for another project. Spring came around and I discovered a couple areas that didn't seem to be covered well as soil had heaved up through the chipseal in stripes between the tar. The quote has a 2 year guarantee for the work done. I contacted Henry. He responded with a phone call to say of course he wanted his customers to be happy, but he was in Salt Lake on a project and would be in the area in June. I contacted him through texts and phone calls since first of June at least half a dozen times with absolutely no response. All calls go to voice mail and texts go unanswered

I'm certain there are less expensive alternatives everywhere. I'm not really sure what their business plan is, except to gouge their loyal customers until they wake up. I'm disappointed I did not shop around earlier, as they have completely lost my trust. I have absolutely no reason to shop here ever again.
