I do feel like at times the pressure varies from light to deep, so deep that I left sore in my back. The transition between positions was seemless, which made me very comfortable. I did feel rushed at the end though. He explained that I could take my time laying on the table and getting dressed, but that he'd be outside waiting for me to leave so I felt like I couldn't take THAT long to relax. I did use the word damn when I called speaking through the front desk associate but in no way did I cuss anybody out? I told her I wanted my full refund. I no longer a member a month they take out and I was not going to pay half of the service fee of course my word against theirs but the rudeness of the was not acceptable to me. She quickly abruptly told me then they had cameras, (and Yes we the public are well aware you video cameras )and in no way did threaten I her by saying you don't need no bad publicity. I just found the whole experience very very poor of course I was a little irritated, but in no way should anybody be charged this way I will no longer do any business with Massage Envy I used to purchase gift certificates every year for my wife that will no longer happen.
