I don't want to go into what happened but it was an emergency situation lol! The back of my hair was a few inches shorter than the sides, and I was actually crying when I looked into the mirror! I contacted Daniela and she got me in right away, early on a Saturday morning. She was very careful, wearing two masks and wiping down everything before she began taking care of me. So today was my 4th visit and I have been dragging Dave with me. He usually goes to some neighborhood joint and gets a random hairdresser. I'm not saying that's bad in any way, but he has great hair for a man of his age. He has hardly any gray, a reddish color and very straight. She really took her time with me and I felt like she cared about my experience. I felt understood and never felt rushed.
