She really took her time with me and I felt like she cared about my experience. I felt understood and never felt rushed. She made sure multiple times that I was pleased with the length, even offering for me to come back within the week for her to make it shorter if I wanted. I never liked layers but Carmel-Ann did a great job. Her studio is spacious and comfortable. It was quiet and relaxing. I appreciated the effort she put into my appointment. It was a great experience and I highly recommend her. I left feeling really happy with my haircut

The haircut I got wasn't what I wanted. I asked for curtain bangs and showed exactly what kind I wanted and what kind I did NOT want and I was given exactly the one I did NOT want. Salonist did not bother asking me questions and I insisted if she had any questions or if I can show her more of what I wanted and she said she didn't need to. Of course she needed to because my hair came out wrong. Now my bangs are so thin and have these nasty gaps. My hair doesn't sweep well as it used to. I can't believe I paid $67 and I even tipped her $10 just to be nice. I'm looking forward to someone else saving my hair now. I thought my hair could have grown out properly but it hasn't. It blows my mind that the owner of the salon removed my review.

I called in to check on getting an appointment, I spoke with Emilly. She is the absolute sweetest person I have ever met. She is the reason I booked the appointment. I am so glad that I did. The studio itself is beautiful. Everything is very modern and chic. Not to mention spotless. Everyone is so friendly, encouraging, down to earth, but honey these ladies are trendy and know exactly what they are doing. They have all of the newest appliances and products. I have very bad hair. I was told I had alopecia at one point however, I started taking Nutrafol and minoxidil as my dermatologist recommended. So I am beyond picky when it comes to my hair. Mirela was my stylist. We went over all of the concerns I had with my hair; we made a plan as to what was best for my hair and Mirela executed it perfectly. I'm absolutely in love with my hair. I can't not mention the shampoo experience. It was out of this world! I have been to Korean hair spas, a ton of salons etc. and nothing has ever compared. Mirela takes probably 30 minutes cleaning you scalp, massage, the a hair treatment with steam. My hair had never felt so good! Do not let the "Brazilian Hair Studio" fool you because they do an absolutely amazing job on all types of hair. There were a number of different people in the studio on the day that I was there, and we all had different hair types. The girls that I seen leaving all looked stunning. I literally cannot say enough good things about the Brazilian Hair Studio. Don't think, just call Emilly and make an appointment. You will not regret it!
