The atmosphere is quiet and peaceful. The staff are patient, generous, consistent, clean, and friendly. I've never had an issue here. Bathrooms are spotless and restocked, tables are maintained regularly for cleanliness. The music is set to a level tone that doesn't distract me. My favorite thing is order is the Green Tea Lattes. By far, so good. I looked for a new order, decided to stay in my taste bubble. The sweet girl at the front brought me over a small portion of a smoothie to try (Oct.2nd '23). I loved it too! I think it was a blended raspberry something... Crepes are fresh and amazing, muffins are moist and fluffy. The sweets are fresh too! I come here after school to get all my work done. My moms club decided to meet here for our monthly book group. There was about 10 of us. We each ordered individually, at the counter, and not all at once, we trickled in over the course of an hour or so. One of the employees put a sign up that she wrote in that moment that said "parties of 4 or more must call ahead" and then looked at me and said "we only have two people working tonight". Then they put up a sign saying the kitchen was closing at 7:30 instead if 8:00. What?! We weren't demanding or running them ragged. Most of us just ordered a dessert from the display. I understand being short handed and having more business than you had counted on, but this was just rude. Too much business is a GOOD thing. Sorry you had to work harder than you intended for a Friday night, but no worries...I for one won't be coming back and I think much of my group feels the same way. read more

Was not that great. I assumed that being called "All About Cha" was sort of like a play on words for "chai". So I ordered a chai latte and was told that it is really only a mix like those instant cappuccinos. When I got it, it was basically cold, maybe lukewarm. Asked to have it hotter and it took another 10 minutes or so to remake. By this time, of course everyone is done with their coffees and ready to go. The other coffees were good but nothing better or different than any other coffee shop. It has been recently undated inside so the atmosphere is nice. I have been to several different All About Cha locations. I've been to the Norman location 3 times as of today. I order the same thing every time ($12 veggie breakfast quiche) and each time it has been inconsistent. The first time I ordered it the slice was so small that I couldn't believe I wasted $12 bucks on two bites of quiche. The second time I asked them to please make sure the pie was more than a 2 bite size. They did and included the usual fruit and potatoes. No complaints that day. I love this place !!! They have an amazing selection of food and drinks that are all equally incredible. Some of the food is a bit pricey for what it is but, the bento box is a good bang for your buck. If you are looking for a nice quiet place to study this is definitely it. There are lots of tables so it is easy to find a place to study even if you have a bigger group. It is full of college students studying for exams and has a productive atmosphere. read more

I met with a friend here for tea about a month ago. I specifically chose All About Cha for its herbal teas (didn't want coffee at night). In the past, they served lovely little glass pots of herbal tea, and you could see the flowers and herbs floating in the tea pot. Not now. Every tea I previously loved the employee behind the counter told me they no longer had - although they were still listed on the menu. I finally selected a raspberry lemon tea - and my friend did, as well. For some reason, the employee did not put a lemon in mine - only in my friend's. The furniture is looking dingy and worn, and honestly, this place just isn't what it used to be. I'd honestly be surprised if they stay in business much longer - given that their menu selection and furnishings have declined. This place seems to be going downhill, unfortunately. read more

Okay. I am so surprised that Norman has a cute, foodie restaurant. As a lover of matcha, this place does not disappoint. The ratio of matcha, sweetness, and cream was as sublime as the latte art. The restaurant was clean and nice, but it took a while for the employees to clear tables off; but there were two workers at the time, so it's not their fault. I also loved the fact that it was an a Asian cafe hybrid, which makes this restaurant so unique. I got the Caesar salad wrap (it fell apart but what wrap DOESN'T fall apart?) and my significant other got waffles. With my wrap, I loved how the offered the choices with fruit and chips. The staff was also very attentive and answered any questions we had to ask, which was a HUGE plus for us. I am glad I checked this place out! I was pleasantly surprised on how delicious the food was. I tried the dakgalbi wrap and they had the chicken seasoned and cooked spot on! It was very juicy and a little spicy. The wrap contained chicken, lettuce, onion, and carrot. I kind of wish they offer it the traditional way with rice and banchans but can't really complain when the wrap was very scrumptious. It's a cafe Jin, it would be weird if they offer it the full blown meal way. For my drink, I had the red bean green tea. It came as a green tea slush with red beans in the middle. I love patbingsu and this was pretty much green tea patbingsu. I was so busy devouring the red beans section, I didn't notice that there were also pecans on the bottom! Make sure to mix the drink up to get the ultimate taste. I would surely recommend this drink. I will definitely be back when I'm in the area. Next time I want to try the bulgogi wrap. I tried my fiance's tea ( I think he got the Korean tea), it was also pretty sweet, so that may be something to be aware of when you order. I've been here a couple times. The baked goods are hit and miss. I'm not sure if they're made in house but they look like they came from La Baguette. I've tried a bulgogi wrap for lunch which was huge and delicious! The flavors were really intense, so I don't know if I could eat it all the time, but it was a real treat. The only thing I didn't like was my side of fresh fruit. It was 2 chunks of pineapple, 1 chunk of cantaloupe and 3 grapes. Good thing my wrap was filling, cause that's like a serving of fruit for a toddler. The staff is nice and the place has been clean the couple times I've been inside. I'm not a coffee drinker, but I suspect we will add it into our office lunch rotation! read more

I need to preface this review with a statement. My friends and I LOVE the All About Cha stores all over the metro and frequent them a lot. That said, I moved to Norman about a year ago and I have visited their Norman location several times. It is generally quiet and the staff is nice. The food quality is usually the same as I expect from every location - excellent. My best friend and I went in tonight around 8:30 to grab coffee, dessert and to enjoy some girl talk. We were extremely disappointed with the service. It took at least 10 minutes of us standing at the counter before anyone came out to greet us. The guy behind the counter wasn't rude but seemed like he really didn't want to be there. My coffee was brought out with no spoon to stir in my creamer and I had to get my own because I couldn't find anyone to ask. I went to the counter later and asked for the free refill that came with my coffee. The girl was very nice and said they had to brew some more so she'd bring it out. She brought it out in a to go cup (which I never asked for). Around 9:45 a gentleman who worked there came over and informed us that they closed at 10 so we would need to leave even though the sign on the door and everything I found online said they were open until 11 on Saturday nights. Will I come back? Absolutely, we love All About Cha and let's be honest... their creme brûlée is to die for but tonight I was extremely disappointed with the way we we treated by the staff. I still recommend the stores and everything on the menu so let's hope tonight's issues were just a one-off thing. read more
