I have had the opportunity to use All Aboard in the past, but not in the last 7 years. I have always worked with Becky and find her fast and efficient. We haven't had a day off in seven years and after trying to find flights online, it looked like it would take another seven years to choose the right one! Called Becky, told her where we wanted to go and the dates - had my itinerary done in minutes. Just returned from vacation. (I would rate this company below a zero if I was able to) DO NOT USE THIS TRAVEL AGENCY UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE TREATED LIKE DIRT! My Father and I booked a cruise to the Bahamas through Judy Weinman. Unfortunately I got very sick and we could not make the cruise. Luckily we had purchased travel insurance (she quoted me $25.00 for the insurance and it turned out to be $49.00). Judy arranged for the claim form to be mailed to me and told me " I don't know a lot about the claims forms but if you have any questions, call me". When I got the claim form there were questions only Judy would know, such as when I purchased the insurance and other booking questions. I called Judy 6 times over a 2 1/2 week period. No call back. I was totally ignored, even though the questions would have taken less than 5 minutes to answer. My claim form was all ready to go except for these questions. My Father and I were waiting on almost $1,400.00 to be reimbursed to us once the claim form was submitted. Yet I sit for 2 1/2 weeks for assistance from Judy. I finally called the insurance company and got the answers I needed. Judy is great once she is making a commission from you. If you get sick or otherwise need to cancel and she loses her commission, forget about ANY help or customer service. This travel agency is terrible, do not use them. My husband and I planned a Florida trip. Our first stop was Lake City, then off to Orlando, then to Port St. Lucie and our final stop was St. Petersburgh. Just returned from a family reunion vacation( 15 people) that Becky booked for us. It was so refreshing that she suggested including all transfers & tips to be paid ahead of time! I actually got to keep more $ for fun! Disney and Nassau was awesome! Even when our flight was diverted on the way home, she was on the phone trying to get us a flight closer to home! We have booked the last 4 trips with All Aboard and remain amazed at their professionalism and courtesy.
