If I've ever had a question or concern they have addressed it in a timely manner. They went above and beyond recently when my dog ate a little mushroom he found outside. They caught him in the act, rushed him to the vet, brought a sample to make sure it wasn't anything harmful, and all at their expense. He was totally fine, and I can't express how grateful I was that they took it so seriously and were swift with their response. When I say total peace of mind, I mean it. I can't recommend this place enough! Oh, and it's super convenient for pick up and drop off in West Seattle. Just an all around great place.

The product isn't so much "pet care" as "confidence that your pets are being thoughtfully and attentively cared for by someone that appreciates all their wonderful qualities." There's inherently a certain artifice to the detailed communication, the (high-quality!) photos of gamboling cats, and the kind observations. But boy, I ate it up, and I imagine most other people with pets would too. It's incredibly comforting to know that your animals are in good hands.

Everything went smoothly and Daphne was happy as she could be to have walkers and friends visiting her throughout the day. The update reports and photos are also nice for peace of mind. We wouldn't hire anyone else for dog walks or daytime care. They're excellent and reliable.

This indoor dog park is for dogs 40lbs or smaller only. I like that they have cognitive activities for the dogs and the pups get outdoor walks included in their stay too. They also have easy food drop offs bin. Just write your dogs name on their food bag. I noticed little refrigerators under the front desk area so you definitely can bring food other than kibbles that need refrigeration. The staff are also very friendly and cheery and this makes me feel happy that my dog will be in good care. Each day camp comes with a report card at the end of the day of what your dog did and sometimes there are photos of your dog with their new dog friends or on their walks. Super cute and makes me happy!!

Owners and people who enjoy dogs, lounge on plush couches sipping libations or playing one of the many board games provided for free. There is even a pool table! The staff are friendly and the bar also has draft beer as well as all manner of mixed drinks. My wife and I and Bomer, (our King Charles Cavalier) came to check this place out. We had thought there would be food, but apparently the health department will not allow it. We were told that we could bring our own food, and there are plenty of places in the neighborhood to get some including a wonderful BBQ place 2 blocks away. Besides the bar area, there are some indoor and outdoor play areas for the doggies. It was raining that day but I did have a look. The outdoor area is quite small compared to some other dog/people bars I've seen There are also a couple of indoor play areas. One is exclusively for boarding doggies, which, I did go to check out and was immediately mobbed by both large and small dogs. They were friendly but, I was quite overwhelmed and the staff helped me exit. Now I was told there was yet another indoor play area for visitors, but it was "not open". The owner lady did tell me she would open it for us, but never followed up and I thought her messaging about it was a little confusing. Other than that the basic bat area seemed nice, and we could see there were quite a few regulars there who knew each other as well as the dogs seemed to. Our little Boomer tried to make friends and was able to run around and play with some of the other dogs We did order some drinks, I enjoyed my draft beer but my wife did not like the one red wine they had which tasted a like a port that had been mixed with a red blend. Blech! So, now for the stars. As my Yelp friends know, I ALWAYS start with five and deduct from there. I will have to deduct a half star for the terrible red wine with no alternatives. If you're going to be "a bar" you need good wine and more than one option. Then a half star for the mixed messaging I encountered over the "public indoor play space. So four stars!
