He loves the staff, when I drop him off he doesn't even look back, he's just ready for his day with his besties. I have total peace of mind when he is there, the staff and owner Pascale are all so caring, attentive, engaging and experienced. If I've ever had a question or concern they have addressed it in a timely manner. They went above and beyond recently when my dog ate a little mushroom he found outside. They caught him in the act, rushed him to the vet, brought a sample to make sure it wasn't anything harmful, and all at their expense. He was totally fine, and I can't express how grateful I was that they took it so seriously and were swift with their response. When I say total peace of mind, I mean it. I can't recommend this place enough! Oh, and it's super convenient for pick up and drop off in West Seattle. Just an all around great place.

The product isn't so much "pet care" as "confidence that your pets are being thoughtfully and attentively cared for by someone that appreciates all their wonderful qualities." There's inherently a certain artifice to the detailed communication, the (high-quality!) photos of gamboling cats, and the kind observations. But boy, I ate it up, and I imagine most other people with pets would too. It's incredibly comforting to know that your animals are in good hands.

Everything went smoothly and Daphne was happy as she could be to have walkers and friends visiting her throughout the day. The update reports and photos are also nice for peace of mind. We wouldn't hire anyone else for dog walks or daytime care. They're excellent and reliable.

The lady claimed she ran through the hose. Then I started hearing them yelling at the dogs. Needless to say I never went back. 5 minutes after leaving the review I get a call from the owner Joe telling me this is a false review. I was not happy here and that is why I have a $1000 unused package Joe! False review not! Since you claim you have video and she didn't say shut up I edited the review but it sure sounded like that to me. How about you worry about how your employees are rather than calling people who leave a bad review. I haven't brought her back since October and I have $1000 unused there. I bring her somewhere else now because of my experience there. I am not one to write a review but I understand other people are feeling the way I do so thought I better speak up.

On my return trip via Snoqualmie Pass, I got unexpectedly delayed by a traffic jam, which put my arrival time after their closing time. I was stressing, thinking they would charge me for an extra day, but I called them and explained to my delay, and they agreed to meet me up to a half hour after closing time. I did so and got my dog back :) nice of them to accommodate. Note that they do require kennel cough inoculation, plus a poop sample, before they will accept your dog for boarding.

This indoor dog park is for dogs 40lbs or smaller only. I like that they have cognitive activities for the dogs and the pups get outdoor walks included in their stay too. They also have easy food drop offs bin. Just write your dogs name on their food bag. I noticed little refrigerators under the front desk area so you definitely can bring food other than kibbles that need refrigeration. The staff are also very friendly and cheery and this makes me feel happy that my dog will be in good care. Each day camp comes with a report card at the end of the day of what your dog did and sometimes there are photos of your dog with their new dog friends or on their walks. Super cute and makes me happy!!
